I needed support setting up the e-sim…

I needed support setting up the e-sim card after my arrival in Canada. I contacted the company on WhatsApp to get help and never got any. I've been trying to get a refund as I never got to use the services. I got one message saying something about problems with their payment method and that they would contact me as soon as they have a solution. That's it. It's been a week. No refund and no messages from them. This reeks of scam to me.

My Experience with Simtaly

Traveling abroad often comes with high mobile operator charges. This time, Simtaly made everything completely different: activation was incredibly quick, everything worked smoothly right from the start, and when I had a small issue with roaming on my phone, the support team helped me within just a few minutes — friendly and competent.
