Complete scam. They charged me but my journal never shipped. Very disappointing.

Ordered from this company a rib cage journal with a key for 24$.. eventually I realized that the journals were custom made by somebody in the USA and she charges up to 200$. The sinecludy website said to cancel orders through email before it ships and that’s what I did. I sent an email, it ships the next day and they responded days later to my email. I immediately try to dispute with capital one… long story short, I never got my money back and I never received the item. I was scammed. The website is closed now.

I was scammed. Paid almost 60 dollars for LED bird lights. After two months still nothing.

Absolutely disgusting 🤮 been scammed they haven't reached out or replied to any emails still waiting for my product but it doesn't look like I will be receiving it!!!!!!!

Same as the others on here, wish I would have seen this earlier. Definitely a scam site, they provided a bogus tracking number, whole nine yards, item never arrived, link is now disabled. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

This is 100% scam, they're telling me they delivered on Veteran's Day. Do not order from them.

this site is a well built scam site. i ordered and payed through paypal. they had tracking details but no goods arrived. they pretended to help but in the end i never got my product and they refused refund. mayor red flag STAY AWAY.

Do not order from this company. Waited a month and says delivered to my zip code. Received nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

BEWARE! If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered 2 items from this company and after 1 month and a week I still had not received these items. I sent not one but 2 emails requesting update on the tracking because the tracking info that was sent was inaccurate. I never received any communication from this company. Luckily I paid through PayPal and they resolved the problem and I got my money back.

I should have looked this up before I ordered. It’s a scam. I ordered from them on 10/04/24. Got Chinese tracking number. Waited 3 weeks. Said it was delivered. Never received it. Emailed company twice and no response from them. I am so mad with myself. This is second time I’ve bought something from TikTok store and this happened.

*Buyers Beware* Scam site. Ordered monitor over a month ago. Gave tracking information after 3 weeks. 3 weeks later, shows delivered but no address listed. Emailed the company twice and they have not responded. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOUR ITEM IS INSURED.

Black / With 2 basket. The item said delivered, but it never was. The company does not reply to emails. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered.

CON CON CON. Item never arrived, cannot contact them, i've emailed 8 times no replies. Tracking states delivered where as I received nothing - I see multiple reviewers stating the same, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

There should be an option for 0 rating. Tracking states delivered where as I received nothing. I wish I checked this before ordering. No way to refund. No replies after multiple emails sent.

Terrible company. The product I ordered never arrived despite them saying it had been delivered at a time when there four people at home. They took my money, delivered nothing and do not respond to any emails. Do not trust them.

I ordered a monitor extender for MacBook and it said it took 23 days to deliver. Tracking number was labeled wrong, then when you do get information the tracking is all fake. Emailed three different emails that I was able to find for this and have not gotten a response.

A complete scam!
This is the worst experience I’ve had shopping online. 230 USD, tracking number says delivered but no goods and non existing customer service.
