I Emailed a few companies asking for advice on what hub I needed!
Dave Came back to me explaining what was needed and was genuinely nice along with being polite and very knowledgeable.

Paid for gloves on 30-12-20 had to chase update on order to be told none in stock for 3to4 weeks.
David at singletrackbikes.co.uk is obviously struggling with covid and has refunded me and sent a free pair of different gloves so changed my review from 1 star to 4 for his efforts.

I placed an order for what I hoped was the correct through-axle, followed up with an email containing bike specification. This was 1400 on Sat 19 Dec, I got an email back from Dave on Sunday evening confirming it was the correct part. With express delivery, it arrived on 23 Dec and fitted perfectly. Could not ask for more, thanks.

Sunday I ordered and paid for an item , today Tuesday I received the following email
You ordered an item from our website that was marked in stock but we have just sold more than we had stock available, so someone got the last one just before you completed checkout. I'm so sorry about that.

We will get this refunded back to your account today.

How can you pay for an item that is no longer available ? And why did it take 48 hours to notify me

Although my order was missing 1 item
It was very quickly rectified and sent next day singletrack have great service and prices

Purchased a Blackburn chamber floor pump from Singletrack Bikes, sadly when it arrived it was damaged probably in transit. I contacted Dave at Singletrack, and he sent a replacement part ASAP. Really grate no quibble service, thanks Dave. Also, Blackburn chamber floor pump is a brilliant piece of kit!

Fantastic customer service - I am not a bike nut, but wanted a good bike and accessories. I was guided through my options and given recommendations based on personal experience. Excellent, friendly customer service. Would definitely (and have) recommended based on buying two great bikes.

Ordered face masks from this company during lock down. Was really hoping for the best as their website didn't look great but what a pleasant surprise. The communication was great, my order came quickly and the product quality was excellent. So nice to be able to say something good about a company, would thoroughly recommend.

My first order with singletrack.bikes order took a little while to get here but with the current climate (covid 19) I was expecting it to I was e-mailed with updates and the progress of my item cant complain will be using the company again

Never ordered from singletrack bikes till recently, but excellent service with a bike. Delivered faster than expected given the current situation and packed really well. I'll certainly keep singeltrack bikes in mind next time I need something.

Part only available from the manufacturer, most other companies weren't interested in ordering it.
I placed an online order, part arrived in ten days ( 2 days for DPD to deliver).
Excellent service, will use Singletrack Bikes again.

Ordered a bike for my son’s birthday, money was taken immediately, the item was listed as ‘in stock’ on the website.
A week later I received an email telling me that the order couldn’t be fulfilled as the supplier didn’t have the item in stock.
The guy on the phone was nice enough but that’s no help to me, if they don’t have an item in their actual stock they shouldn’t list it as such.

Bought an M part AX3DRear rack with QR and a M part seat clamp with rack fixings for my haibike Sudro hard life 3. Brilliant price and brilliant service. Communication excellent. After several failed attempts of rear racks for a bike with no rack fixings this worked a treat. Cannot fault single track bikes.
