We ordered a Cuda Kinetic 26" bike for our son's birthday, a little too close to the big day having had an order cancelled by another company. The bike was marked as "In Stock Supplier" which meant that it may not have arrived in time. After an email to Dave, he said he was expecting the bike to come in on Friday and he'd dispatch it immediately. Normally this would've meant it'd arrive on Monday - a day too late - but he upgraded us to a Saturday delivery to make sure we got it in time. The bike arrived on Saturday, was in perfect condition and our son loves it.

Wanted a 26 inch Maxxis aggressor rear tyre , found one at good price at single-track bikes so ordered , spoke to the shop on Tuesday as required for the weekend and was told not a problem and sent first class , received today 🙂

A fantastic personal and very friendly service! Orange Clockwork with some minor customisation ordered Monday evening and, as advised on Tuesday, the bike arrived here in Somerset on Friday morning.
