Good bike at a very competitive price, bike delivered exactly when it was supposed to be- what more can I say.

Order Seems to have got mislaid in transit somewhere, But Dave has it sorted now with no complications

Really poor, bike not built, no reply to voicemail or email. Changed wording on terms to say all 'adult' bikes built instead of all bikes. Poor from start to finish, my own fault for picking them for being cheapest price.

Should have gone with Edinburgh bike coop.

David fit in touch this morning and agreed the wording could be better and will look into this.

To avoid having to return the bike, David agreed to credit £25 into account to allow a local bike mechanic to build the bike.

It's very hard to find size XS helmets for toddlers but this shop offers them. And a great range of different designs to everyones taste. Speedy delivery. Great quality helmet, fits perfectly to my 15 months old and still extra space left. He didn't like any other helmets we've been trying but he is very proud wearing this one, taps on it and shows to everyone and doesn't become grumpy when it's time to put it on. Looks very comfy, fits perfectly around his head and is very lightweight. I definitely recommend these to everyone. One of my friend and even one stranger already asked where did I get it and I happily recommended your shop. Thanks a lot, a very happy customer here! :)

Contacted singletrack bikes through the email provided on the website regarding delivery times. They were very quick with responses. I was in need of a bike for a particular day, and it was needed within a week. They assured me that although busy, they would queue jump my order and guarantee that I would receive my bike in time. And they did. Received the bike within 4 working days! The bike was delivered in a large box to my workplace, I screwed in the pedals, attached the front wheel and rode it home. Would recommend this retailer. First experience buying from here and definitely not my last!

The ordering was straight forward, the delivery arrived as promised, was able to track online, the bike had a flat tyre contacted single track via email and got a response straight away even though I didn't expect one for a couple of days, as my emails was sent late at night on a weekend, but that didn't matter and they were great! offered good advice on how to resolve and offered to compensate me. Brilliant! Great company cannot recommend them enough! Thanks a million guys! My girls love their bikes

Website described the item exactly with shimano codes so I knew I was buying the correct freehub. Postage rates to ROI reasonable also.

I bought the massively expensive Rohloff sprocket-removing tool from Singletrack, as they were slightly cheaper than anyone else. It arrived after a few days, was the real thing, and did the job. I would buy from them again and I can see that they have some good stuff. It's not their fault the Rohloff tool is so expensive, by the way!
