Support is very helpful and informative
Had a number of questions about mapping a new set of rates and needed some live assistance. Thankfully Damini was very helpful and guided me through each step of the process.
We use Siteminder for our Channel Manager to connect our reservation system to certain OTAs so it carries out a vital function to our business as a hostel. As such, the support given today was hugely appreciated and very helpful to us. Thanks Damini! :)
