Real knowledgeable, friendly and listen well to my concerns

I appreciated the phone cal that the guys were running late which I was ok with. I had no mattress or box spring to recycle which I know they would be happy about not taking them out. The gentlemen were quick in putting the base together and then the bed. Perfect height for me to get on my new bed.

Communication with delivery was timely and spot on. The drivers were fast, extremely polite, gracious and mindful.

My experience was such a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Brooks, the Sleep Associate was knowledgeable, friendly, and so professional. He made sure all our questions were answered, gave us great recommendations, and listened to what we were looking for. The delivery guys were also professional, on time, and very fast, they wasted no time and went straight to work!

From start to finish, my experience with Sit ‘n Sleep was outstanding. The delivery team was professional, on time, respectful, and handled everything with care. They communicated clearly before arriving, worked efficiently, and made the whole setup process stress-free.

They took extra care bringing the mattress into the house without damaging walls or furniture, set everything up perfectly, and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. You can tell they take pride in their work and customer service.

Buying a mattress can be stressful, but the delivery experience honestly exceeded expectations. Smooth, fast, and professional all around. Highly recommend Sit ‘n Sleep and especially their delivery team if you want great service done right.

Great service

Great communication during the delivery process. You can track the delivery leading up to your window. They were on time. Quick, efficient and took great care, cleaning up as they go and making sure I had all of the correct directions and that everything was working. They were personable, friendly and professional.

Price, delivery comms, and recycle service all 10/10.

The salesman was very knowledgeable about products. He did not try and oversell them. But looked at our comfort showing us a number of products. He explained the various policies and warrantees. We were kept updated on the delivery date and time. When we got a call stating the time they would deliver our bed, “headed your way”, they were here within 10 minutes. The gentlemen who delivered the bed, were polite and took great care not to damage anything. They were quick and kept things clean.

Our entire experience has been great. From the help in choosing the mattress that fits us to the delivery team. It was all easy to get done.

We were very happy with our salesgirl Jennifer Cho from Sit & Sleep in Pasadena, CA. She was very knowledgeable and super sweet. Our delivery just came and we are also very hair with the crew Francisco and Juan. They were quick, clean and very courteous.

I’m very happy with the service Mr Wolfe, store manager provided to me yesterday. My whole experience from beginning to end was a very satisfying one. I received the mattress, bed frame and all the other accessories today and they did a great job! Thank you Sit’n Sleep!

The guys were kind and fast!

Your delivery team was great, however the box spring was somehow not was was on the order. I wanted a low profile box spring 5". What they brought me was a bunkie board ! There would be no way to make the bed. Customer service said they do have what I need and will deliver tomorrow.

This was my second purchase at Sit n Sleep, I have purchased here many years ago and I strongly recommend purchasing from them! Our experience was 10 out of 10 at the Norco store with Floyd, he was super helpful, never pushy…always a plus. My husband and I were only window shopping and ending up purchasing sooner than expected. Besides the excellent customer service by Floyd, The price was great due to Memorial Day sale and delivery was the next day! Thank you and I will be sending my family and friends to your store again Floyd! I love my temperpeudic mattress! Quick easy purchase and one satisfied customer!
