Purchased a swinging seat from Sitting Spiritually. Their customer service is excellent, including the regular updates on the build of the seat and the delivery and installation of the swinging seat in our garden. The quality of the swinging seat is excellent.

We were aware of Sitting Spiritually for some time but when our beloved swing seat of over twenty years was becoming beyond repair we decided to arrange a visit to the their beautiful show garden.
We were not disappointed. What a lovely experience and choice.
We were able to find a swing seat which really suited us and we are delighted with it.
From our afternoon visit to delivery the company has been friendly and professional with great communication throughout. The seat is a stunningly crafted piece of furniture and we hope to enjoy it for a long time.

We have recently taken delivery of two swing seats. One was a bespoke design for our ASD pupils. Sitting spiritually added bespoke elements to their standard design as per our specification. They were such a great company to work with. This is in fact the 4th swing seat that we have ordered over the years. We are a special school in the South West & part of Brunel Academies Trust.

When we bought our new home, it came with a swing seat. But it was tired and life-expired; falling apart and hanging on rather suspect looking ropes. Ordering the swing seat for my daughters birthday was straight forward and simple I would definitely use Sitting Spiritually again . The delivery and construction of the seat happened on the day we were given and it looks wonderful. I am looking forward to visiting the garden and trying out the seat.

From my initial contact with Martin through to receiving my beautiful swing seat, everyone at Sitting Spiritually was friendly, attentive and communication was excellent. I had a few questions and queries and we established the best deal for the design of seat suitable for us in our space. Our experience ordering our delightful bench with Sitting Spiritually was a lovely experience from start to finish. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. At every step we were kept up to date by email. We are in receipt of a very detailed, comprehensive care plan.Our bench was delivered from Lyme Regis to Kent on 19th June 2024.
We were invited by Martin to view the benches in his private garden. This was a delightful experience.

We ordered an extra large hanging day bed from Sitting Spiritually and we have been extremely happy with our purchase. It is beautifully crafted and fits in our pergola perfectly. The delivery team were really nice and it was put up in no time. It is a beautiful addition to our garden and we are very happy with it.

We ordered our swing seat on recommendation from our Garden Designer, well how right she was. I placed the order online and received a call to chat through the order, we knew it should be delivered by the end of April and sure enough, we got a photo of our completed seat ready for despatch, last week. We were kept informed of the delivery and a lovely guy came and placed it in the garden for us - WOW it not only looks amazing but it is the most comfortable swing seat EVER and we’ve had 3 previous versions to compare it with. The craftsmanship is superb and it’s so comfortable, plus it has shelves for coffee (maybe G&T!). Brilliant customer service - we highly recommend Sitting Spiritually. I got the swinging bench for my birthday. After being weathered for 14 years it was in need of some loving care. We decided to take up the offer from Sitting Spiritually to restore the bench. It has just been returned to us and looks amazing. We are delighted to have the bench back in similar condition to when it was new.

We’ve had a swing seat from Sitting Spiritually for a few years now. From ordering to delivery, the experience was amazing. We were kept well informed and the seat was delivered and erected, without issues.
This year we took Martin up on an offer to have it refurbished and to purchase a much needed cover. Due to the incessant rain, we could not see ourselves cleaning the seat. It has not been a cheap option. But the seat was collected and returned by Saturn Removals, and set up accordingly. It looks much improved with a new ammonite and should be well protected. As before we are delighted with the service and refurbishment.

Excellent service. Swing seat delivered and assembled exactly on time. A high quality product, well made and robust. This is our second seat from Sitting Spiritually, the last one lasted 12 years. We love these seats, what can be better than sitting on a swing seat in the garden enjoying whatever sunshine we have?
