Perfect

Perfect! I ordered a PC desk and a small piece was broken. I sent the photo and they asked if I wanted to withdraw or substitute, the very quickly send in few days the changed piece. Godd quality product, very good service. Highly recommended.

Company clearly has NO customer care policy!

Bought 2 white faux leather footstools. Within first 10 mins of use I was left with a permanent stain from some socks being rested on one of them. No care instructions or warnings with the product. Complained to company to be told that I should check all users socks and if they had sweaty feet-not entirely sure how I should do this without causing embarassment to my friends and family! Product clearly not able to withstand minimal normal use and company customer care was 'your fault, not our products fault, dont care' attitude. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, but looking at other reviews I guess they really don't care!

Dear S. Padmore,

your review on this product is completely incomprehensible. You bought our padded pouffe which are in perfectly good conditions. You put your wet, sweaty feet on it with your socks. You STAR WARS socks left its colour on our product. Why should we responsible for this. Probably your socks came with a dye warning which you ignored. Our product is great, it did not leave its colour on your clothes. You should be filing a claim about your socks!

Best trampoline

Now i have a big Sixbros Trampoline in my Garden. I am happy, because it was cheap and the quality is very good.
