Lost 75€ because no product was sent
Absolutely horrible. I spent over 300€ and when I received the package, one of the items wasn’t there. When I messaged them about it they said they “looked at the warehouse camera and they packed it“. This is obviously a lie because it was not in the package that I received. That means 75€ was stolen from me. Sadly my little girl will get less for Christmas this year because of their incompetence or blatant lie.
