If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would, I wish I had taken notice of all of the other 1 star reviews. I have booked and paid for a skip for this Friday (ordered a week ago), I have still had no confirmation of the skip being ordered. I have sent 3 emails (ignored), on The web enquiry (ignored) and called at least 10 times, the phone either cuts out straight away or states it is outside business hours (in the middle of the day) - SCAM.

Ordered a skip and money was taken out…

Ordered a skip and money was taken out of my account only to get an email the next day t day to advise they didn’t have one available. This meant I was 300 pound down in my account and had to wait 3 days for a refund

Nightmare with Skip Hire Bromley

I called Skip Hire Bromley for a skip. The skip was dropped on the drive way of my neighbour next door on her acceptance. The same day Monday 9th March 2026 the skip was ready to be collected. I called the company to informed them they told me 5working before they do the collection. Until today the skip has not been collected still occupying the drive way of my disable neighbour. Skip Hire Bromley can not be trusted neither do business with. Their phone maner is rude and very improfessionnal. My phone call has been cut off several time not a single word of apology.

After spending years getting skips from…

After spending years getting skips from this organisation they decided to cancel this order as they were "out of stock"!!! I find this hard to believe. I know they have had a change of hands recently but... I have been a customer for years having skips and would have gladly paid a little extra to keep my continuity of hire. A real shame. At least they refunded the money reasonably quickly but I was still disappointed and they should have highlighted this before they took the order.

Took the booking and fee and confirmed…

Took the booking and fee and confirmed then cancelled. Was ok a tight frame with needing a skip and the really messed things up. If providers can’t provide the service in an area they shouldn’t take the booking and fee. Really poor

Delivery driver good guy.

Late delivery, understandable accident on the road. Skip smaller than expected 4 yd very small, I didn't realize. Driver was fab. Unfortunately it's still sitting here should have been collected after 24 hours now coming up to 48 hrs.

Promptly delived, delayed collection

Promptly delived skip on time and with friendly delivery driver. Unfortunately it fall down when skip collection is required. Staff on the phone are very friendly and helpful when dealing with the collection deadline missed which has ended up making me 3 days late so far starting a project. All the staff seem great but organisation needs work. To be expected when multiple companies juggling what they are doing.

Expensive bad service as subcontracted out

Terrible service as they have subcontracted payments and communications to circle waste, the reviews for circle waste speak for themselves. Entirely focused on money with no customer service. You spend hours on call queues with different parts of the company not linked up and customers get blamed for their mistakes. Skip arrived a week late after endless calls, no apology no discount. Would not recommend hire a local skip instead.
