Had to Pay Extra Due To Site Issue

We clicked to pay at one rate , it started going through various processes, then it froze. I then had to redo it and a popup said due to high demand the flight prices went up. We shouldn't have had to pay the price for your system not being to handle the volume.

Difficulty in booking return flight

After making the reservation it was difficult to continue to make my return flight, as a pop up came on for TikTok and something else. It was difficult trying to navigate out of it. Did not find it user friendly at all.

You show me one price to get me to book…

You show me one price to get me to book the departing flight with just a $10 fee, and then add $30 of fees to the return flight when I'm then screwed because I already booked the departing flight. So what choice do I have?! This is deceptive and manipulative!!

Referral program is a lie, they withhold your bonuses, and they’ll withhold even the ones you’ve been awarded by wiping access to your account

Your referral program is a complete scam that is falsely advertised in order to drive content creators to fund your marketing efforts? You guys have supposedly invested in the #skiplaggedpartner initiative.

Not only do they withhold referral money? The referral bonus given is hands down the worst in the industry. It’s literally like maybe .30 cents sometimes despite their flashy bullshit claiming you’ll get UP TO $25. Oh yeah? Don’t think they ever honor that amount. Ever.

Despite that? I managed to earn what, $35? Took a ton of referrals. I had messaged their social media manager repeatedly asking about the withholding my my bonus money? Never replied once over weeks. I send a dm? They read it. Next day? My entire damn account is gone.

You read that right. I have active bookings. Active credits I earned? They wiped my account with absolutely no notification and I email their support?

They pretend to be ignorsnt about the fact that THEY deleted my account? And then they just stopped responding.

So I would NEVER make any effort for this shit company as a partner? If you raise enough, they’ll wipe your account with no explaination at all and withhold your literal money.

I’m going to contact the BBB as well.

Stay away from Skiplagged

Stay away. I booked a one way ticket through Skiplagged and was refused boarding by the airline because Skiplagged now uses tropical islands as the last leg to be skipped. Airlines will deny boarding unless you have a return ticket from the island. No wonder Skiplagged had to pay multi million dollar lawsuits. Skiplagged basically said “your problem” and refused to refund my money. They also charged me a service fee equal to 50% of the ticket. Book directly with the airline… it ends up being the same price.
