I was very disappointed when the product arrived severely damaged. Went to the only way to contact them, an online chat, I was assured I would receive a refund within 5 days so I re-ordered the product, nearly a month later they are no longer replying to me and I have still not received a refund!!!

I ordered an item on 27th November. As of today, 20th December, it still hasn't shipped. I have tried contacting via their chat but never get a response. I want to cancel the order as I have now purchased via Amazon, but can't see a way to do this. If the item does arrive - apparently I'm responsible for return costs, which as I have also paid for delivery seems like a kick in the teeth.

Ordered the headphones on 5th December. Appreciate it has probably been busy but the standard response was by Chatbot and I just keep going round in circles. Nobody to speak to and no email from customer services! Meant to be a Christmas present - I will be claiming my money back from my credit card. Avoid this company at all costs.

I placed an order for my Grandson's Christmas present on 29th November and I'm still waiting for the item to be despatched.
There is no phone number to contact anyone, their chat is absolutely rubbish and they won't let me cancel my order.
If I could give zero stars I would!!!

Honestly unreal that a company can take your money and there is no way of contacting them.
I was exspecting when i delth with them direct would result in a quick and promt order being delivered but no up date or any movement on the order and no way of getting my product or a refund as they constantly send you to a bot which just cuts you off
I hope this is just an minor glitch on there part and not a scam with peoples Christmas presents

Worst Company ever
You cant get in contact, very bad service.
Bought the wrong color couædnt change the color so i wanted to cancel. Couldnt do that either, they said i could send it back. I even have to pay myself for the shipment.
Bought the ANC 2, they are not worth the full price, bought them 45÷ off. Anc is terrible the cushings is too hard.
Bought my other pair on December 1, havent recieved them yet. Its december 16.
Dont buy from them, its not worth it. Find a resellee that sells them maybe 10 percent more. Buy from them instead.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! Would give zero stars if I could!!!Ordered headphones on 28th Nov with delivery date for 11/12. No update since they took my money, tried to get answers on live chat 6 times, opened 4 tickets and messaged on Instagram- no response. To now be told they aren't coming and I need to re-order but they have taken the money and are saying they haven't! I can see it on my statement, I have sent them a screen shot of it and they refuse to acknowledge it, they say its a pending payment which it isn't as bank have said it has cleared and they have refused to cancel the order too!

This company is terrible!!
No customer service, they have had my money for over a week and still not shipped my delivery, it’s now only a week till Christmas.
I started “Chat” with them but as soon as I questioned where my order is they ended the chat 5 times.
The “help@“ email address is no longer being supported so it’s impossible to speak to someone apart from an AI generated portal that has limited response

Dispite their “Generic” reply below we are now on the 21st of December and still no sign of my order. They have sent a couple of messages saying they are working hard to send it but will not confirm or commit to Xmas delivery and have ignored my attempts to get get a refund and cancel the order, I guess for this company profits are more important that getting Xmas presents to children otherwise if they could not guarantee delivery then they would be gladly refunding me ASAP so my son has a Xmas present in 4 days time.
Second Update
So SkullCandy have reached a new low today, BTW we are now 2 Days from Xmas but more importantly 14 days since I ordered.
UK banks allow retailers 14 days to ship ordered before they will refund the transaction and guess what today is? Yes it’s 14 days so they have now issued “Tracking” details so when my bank look at it they can be within the 14 days but when you check the tracking the courier say that the number is not in use. This is a tactic to delay or steal money from their customers.
So desperate are SkullCandy to keep my £99.99 that they have now prepared to exploit the banking system 2 days before Xmas.
I will now however have to get into debt to make sure my son has a Xmas present, how do companies like this have no morals.

2 Week delay in order update - still not been shipped and is 'pending shipment'. Eventually got through on their chat and they say the order has not yet been actioned. They will not let me cancel the order but will not give a shipment date. They have taken the money, and will not credit it back even though they say the order will not now ship. This is fraud.

Ordered almost two weeks ago and the order hasn’t been shipped yet, i ordered these with plenty time for an event i need them for. Still haven’t arrived and service bots are no help. I needed these for the 16th and ordering on the 29th i would assume that they would come in time.

My son ordered his crusher ANC 2 headphones 16 November 2025. Unfortunately he forgot to put our number on address and headphones were held at our local depot. He tried to contact Scull Candy and that wasn’t easy to get hold of anyone . Finally, he was told that he would have to wait until they got them back . My husband went to the depot on the 20th November 2025 and they confirmed that they had gone back . We still haven’t heard anything and still no refund . We held for 30 minutes on their chat and still nothing .

Really disappointed with their customer service. I had an email saying due to delays I could contact them to amend or cancel my order. I asked to cancel it, only to be told by customer service that orders can't be cancelled!! Make it make sense! The order status is unfulfilled and item out of stock.

Horrendous! Order placed 29th November, item not received, and no updates. Communications were horrendous and no way of contacting them to find out where my order is other than the Web chat which was useless with no-one available! Eventually got a response saying there was an issue with my order being out of stock but I hadn’t been charged as payment isn’t taken until item is shipped. My account was debited 2 days after I placed the order. Awaiting a refund and preparing to contact Trading Standards!

Terrible delivery. It costs £6.99 to deliver and they don’t deliver in time at all. I bought the Crusher Evo headphones on the 28th of November. It’s been 12 days and several tickets sent to them and they have not replied. The customer service is genuinely atrocious. 5-10 days? Kiss my a$$. Very unreliable. Praying for my package right now. 🙏

I’ve had a really frustrating experience with Skullcandy. I was given the wrong warranty return address for my headphones, and even after proving it and sending all the details, they insisted it was my fault. DPD sent the package back to me, I’m still stuck with the headphones, and they refused to refund the postage I already paid.
My interactions with Rv, G were disappointing, rude and unhelpful, and there’s no way to call anyone directly. Their online customer service has been awful. Honestly, I’d think twice before buying from Skullcandy again.

You should ask yourself a question, when for one or another reason you can’t pay Paypal, is this a company i want to deal with.. this happened to me. Paypal “did not go through”, so paid credit card . Here all the journey began with ridiculous customer service. Ordered 18 days ago still not shipped. No possibility to reach out to anyone on the phone, no email address, no LIVE chat agent just bot. Got through to support, been told to claim money from my bank, which i definately will.
Christmas present is ruined, money are being held, no cancellations are possible. I would not expect this from the known brand. But here you go.
Order off Amazon and Argos instead. And buy warranty from what i read quality is so so

Ordered a pair of Crusher Evo during the Black Friday sales and although I’ve received a confirmation email I have received no further correspondence. The order still hasn’t been shipped and I’ve been unable to contact anyone to get an update or speed along the shipping (that I paid a ridiculously high £6.99 for I would add!). I’ve tried to Live Chat 4 times and have been unable to reach anyone and as yet, haven’t even received confirmation of an email request I’ve sent. Can’t review the products as I haven’t received them but their customer service and delivery is very poor, especially considering the price you pay for delivery
