becoming very angry with sky broadband services and lack of customer care, over three weeks ago i came on here and submitted a review, an empty lie of a response came from sky they would assist, just over two weeks i sent a letter recorded delivery to glasgow Buchanan street branch outlining constant drop in service signal for the broadband, requesting action, the letter was received i know this for a fact as it was signed for as it was 1st class recorded, it has now been eleven days since it was received and as to date nobody has contacted me to fix a date to come to the flat to check the broadband hub, should sky not step up to the task now by the end of next week i will be stopping the direct debit and contacting ofcom

Recently contacted by Sky,Man from India call centre re updating Internet Hub and renewing subscription.
I found it very hard to explain which services I required,one in particular was my choice of Sky Sports F1,despite my objections to getting Sky Sports he continued to overrule me.
I said I do not want any sports other than F1.
My new subscription has included Sports!!!
I am very unhappy with Indian Call Centre I now have to try and get my subscription sorted correctly.
No way will I speak with India again.

Member of staff Alex talked me through everything re opening Sky TV account Very helpful and answered any questions I had.

Fantastic service today from Alex looking for new phone and guided me through set-up. Also sorted our TV package which saved us money. Nothing was a hassle. Very easy going and informative. Would recommend going into store rather than on phone.

Paid a visit to Sky's Buchanan Street shop in Glasgow. Was immediately greeted by Maisie smiling and welcoming. She is one of the best company sales representatives I have had the pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable in the products, and importantly a very good listener. I look forward to the installation of my new service. I have no hesitation in recommending the Sky Buchanan Street branch. A service worthy of 5 stars.

Met an amazing employee called Maisie who gave the clearest guidance and explanation of what Sky could offer to replace our elderly Sky Plus box. No jargon. Just a step by step journey through the options so that we are now in a better place to make a decision.

Umar at the Sky store on Glasgow's Buchanan Street was excellent in his service and in his explanation of what was available to us. We were previously Sky Q customers and were with Sky throughout our married life together since 1999. In 2024, we reluctantly jumped ship, but we're returning to Sky.

We know it's not perfect, and we would have given this a 5-star rating, but Umar had to speak to 5 different people and explain time and time again what he was trying to achieve. It took so long that the rest of our plans were abandoned. I remember those experiences with Sky only too well but I won't put up with them nowadays. I know exactly how to get the result I want in fewer calls.

Hat off to Umar he had the patience of a saint with colleagues passing him from pillar to post.

After having issues with my new sim I popped in to the sky store in Buchanan st Glasgow. Kirsty was able to resolve my issues. It was delight to have someone professional and knowledgeable to active my new phone. I left the premises extremely satisfied with the overall experience.

Spoke to John as always he was very helpful and managed to fix my problem

Again cud give 1 star agent amber and all the rest dont care about customers she reade from transcript sauing brsk having problems with sky hard wired well when was with ee never had problem they love to cuase u emense stress and blame other providers and u guys say u wanna help disgusting shud close down so stressed out hair falling out and wont replace box but have to others and replaced the 1 before so now ganna leave it and let major problem happen also engineer will speak to sky Lets see what other excuse they come out with

Sky only won't the sale they have no after sale care have been waiting for an ethanet cable a week was on the phone trying to make a complaint and get my Internet up and running I'm still waiting

I was speaking on the telephone with one of your staff and was absolutely brilliant, nothing was to much trouble, he was so polite and friendly explaining everything I wanted to know a credit to sky.
