I use this company quite frequently when I'm flying on business. They have made everything easy and I myself haven't experienced any problems. As for the driver, he is always commutative through my Journeys. On one occasion I had a different driver but both were very friendly, welcoming throughout the whole Journey.

Absolutely amazing! From beginning to end! Easy to book, with very good rates, too. Very friendly, helpful & professional, too. They also go the extra mile to just make sure you enjoy the whole journey experience. Will definitely be using again!!

A very good service and friendly drivers with a nice fillet of cars clean and professional. Always on time and helpful with bags and luggage. Very reasonable on pricing.

I booked twice with them and the driver was very helpful, polite and friendly. Came on time for pickup and dropped us at the destination correctly. He even helped us with our luggage and assisted us in every way possible. On the second occasion I was surprised to get the same driver and again received a commendable service. What a star.

On two separate occasions this company cancelled our bookings.

The first journey they did not provide any form of notification until the booking was verified by us the night before. At this point Sky1ex confirmed the fare was cancelled but it was too late to make alternative arrangements.

The second booking was confirmed by the office at the time they cancelled the first journey. We then followed up again the day before travel where we were reassured a driver had been assigned and our booking was still confirmed. Later in the afternoon/evening, Sky1ex phoned to say they had cancelled our airport transfer. This was less than 24hrs prior to travel which made it extremely difficult to rearrange.

Very disappointing service considering we have had excellent service for Heathrow to London services previously. I will never trust this company again given their unreliability.

Shocking shocking service the taxi never even arrived but gladly took my money upfront. The hotel even tried with my booking reference and denied having a reference on that booking!!!!

Booked and paid for a return service from T3 LHR, taxi arrived on time for departure and the driver was good and service seemed excellent.On arrival back into country after 10 hour flight from Las Vegas there was no sign of a meet and greet driver at T3 arrivals. Phoned Skyex1 to find were driver was and was told he was there and I said he was not so was told I was in the wrong place and that he had tried to ring me and there must be a problem with me phone , the one I was using too contact them. Company then hung up on me, so I walked around arrivals again and definately not there so I rang back and was told he was there and he could see me so I told them to get him to walk over to me and as he did not know me I think it would be hard to do and once again asked where my cab was and by this time (have been up over 24hrs I was getting very irate ). I was called a liar by the Taxi company, spoken to very rudely and spoken over when I raised a question with them all the time insisting he was there in arrivals. I was in arrivals for over 35 mins when eventually a driver arrived from the parking area. He apologised for the problems but told me he had only been given the job 10 minutes earlier and had been rushed straight there, so for at least 25 minutes Sky1ex had been lying to me about their driver being in arrivals and all that time they accused me of being at fault and lying. I will never use this company again and advise anybody else to not use them at all, liars,rude,arrogant and ignorant and had the check to tell me not to get angry and speak to them with out respect..

We have used this Taxi company a few times over the last six months, their service has been extremely 'hit and miss'. We started to use this company to make our regular airport transfers because they were cheaper than most other companies, unfortunately it seems the prices have risen but the service really hasn't. Be prepared to have late pickups and possibly no shows with this company, prices are now equal to London Heathrow Taxis where the service is infinitely better.

Very nice taxi service I am absolutely surprised by price where other companies rip u off. These guys are amazing well trained.I will definitely use them again and who ever travels from Heathrow use them u will not regret thank you
