Once they have your contact details, you will get spammed till eternity. The agent (ersen) was absolutely horrible and I would walk to my destination rather than buy from them. Of all my many hundreds of reservations over the years, this was my absolute worst experience. I demanded the agent give him his direct manager's contacts and he claimed that he was the manager: Liar! Furthermore, long after I demanded Ersen stop contacting me, he continued to do so. He keeps confusing me with another person with the same first name who is flying a completely different route and different dates. Even after I pointed out that he is confused he keeps contacting me. Incompetence is an understatement !!! Furthermore, this guy tries to insult me that I cannot afford a business class ticket. I responded that whatever I can afford is 100X more than a call center employee can afford. (for the record, I live in a $2.5 Million home that is over 90% paid for, but that should not be a point regardless). The company can easily listen to the phone calls and look at the emails sent to me to confirm everything in this review is 100% accurate
