To give some context, Skyscanner works only as a travel search engine and comparison website. This means that we help travellers find their available flight options. Once you’ve chosen your flight, you are then shown a list of travel agencies and airlines that you can make your booking with. It's worth adding that you will always be redirected to your chosen travel provider's website, where you make your booking directly.
That said, if you’ve experienced situations where the travel provider’s booking page includes an excessive number of add-on options, please share the details with us so we can provide feedback to the travel provider.

I felt a bit hesitant during the checkout process because I noticed the service provider is based in the UK. The platform only displayed the amount in GBP (£131) rather than the VND equivalent. Additionally, there was a notice stating that the VND deduction would be equivalent to 125% of the payment value. This extra charge might be a local tax or cross-border fee from our side, but it would be good to confirm this in advance. Thank you!
