Agent Luke was very helpful in explaining the flight details and the process involved.

The agents were helpful and supportive. Specially batrecia she was very polite and professional also she had provided me with a credit.

They changed my booking flight dates without asking first. Put me in a completely different month then what they had emailed me a confirmation of my dates first and then when I tried to call to change my dob their system had messed up they informed me that the flight dates I booked with them weren't available and they picked a completely different flight for me in a completely new month. When I said no cancel they said they don't do cancelations. But If I PAID them More money they could get my flight for me. What? So you can book those dates I want but only if I Pay more then what you originally told me I was going to pay. Do not book through these Scam Artists!! They don't even have a call center in North America!!

I wish I would have option to star 0. Their supervisor name. Ella Wilson is such an unprofessional person I ever talk to. She is literally getting personal throughout the call. I would recommend everyone never book flight through this fake website. This is a big trap and scam. They know that people can't really go for flexible option and can't cancel due to no refund so they will make u pay extra to keep the ticket. They are big scammers. Recommend book with airline directly. Do not ever book with them. I am going to file a complaints against this. This was too much.

As others have mentioned this site is a TOTAL SCAM
All 'positive' reviews are fake.
They sell you a great priced airline ticket. Then they call or ask you to call them to confirm the restrictions on the ticket. When you call they indicate you are on a waiting list but the charges that have been made are non-refundable. They will offer to book you on the flight for 50% more than if you booked the flight yourself direct on the airline. Every time I said no – he added in more conditions on our initial ticket. First it was no carry-ons are allowed on this ticket, next you are not allowed to use the airline app on this ticket. Next is you won’t get a seat unless someone cancels on the day of the flight. He kept getting more and more aggressive and ridiculous on why we need to buy an overpriced ticket from him. Do not use this site it will only try to SCAM you and cause you unnecessary stress!
