Delivered a dirty mattress and as such have done nothing to rectify that situation despite knowing about it for a while. Cover and foam inserts dirty.
Bad sleep to good sleep
I was having SO much trouble sleeping, saw the advert for Sleephubs in Yours Magazine & thought I had nothing to lose. It’s been excellent, the support and weekly meetings have been great. I’m sleeping so much better now than I have in years. If you’re like I was, 100% give it a go. You won’t be disappointed.
How to fall asleep in five minutes
SleepHubs is a well-designed course with informative videos, which I could see as often as I wanted. The weekly support documents including information on good sleep habits, how to decrease the number of sleeping tablets taken and how to replace common negative thoughts about sleep were all really helpful.
Charlie, who organised the weekly Zoom support group, was very approachable and in the first meeting supplied the group with his mobile number. He would answer my questions and make insightful observations about my progress. If I had a problem, I could always rely on his sensible solutions. When my husband accidentally removed the Zoom meeting code, I emailed Charlie as the meeting had just started and was immediately sent the Zoom meeting code. Christabel, the psychologist, was also there to help with her suggestions and she emailed me several times with useful information.
Before writing this review, I looked back over the sleep diaries I had written and realised how much progress I have made in the twelve weeks of the course. By following their techniques, I am asleep within five minutes of my head hitting the pillow, which is sheer bliss after years of insomnia. Being able to fall asleep so quickly was a great relief at a time when a close relative was critically ill in hospital. By the end of the course, my sleep quality had also improved dramatically and now I wake up feeling refreshed.

Unusually personal service
Discovering sleephubs excited me because I am a terrible sleeper and have fibromyalgia I thought it might be a real turning point in my ability to sleep well having had an awful mattress for far too long. I found the service was very personal and although you may have to wait for a call for a number of days, talking to the the bloke that runs the company in an unhurried and very informal friendly fashion felt
like the company had gone the extra mile with me immediately. I've been through all the cbti stuff before so didn't take up that side of it it but if you knew too exploring sleep issues it would be an even greater find . I decided to purchase a mattress I found the delivery company pretty hopeless they never did send me an email rear delivery date or time slot even after I contacted sleephubs to ask what was going on. it was only by me ringing sleephubs at the last minute and even texting out of hours to find when my mattress was coming that I was told when it wud be arriving. They arrived roughly the time I had eventually been told but were not appropriately wearing PPE which is not acceptable in these days of cv19. They were however helpful and did all that I needed them to do to set me up with a new mattress. The delivery company though really need to get their act together.

The most awesomely comfy bed imaginable and that’s saying something because I am probably the fussiest person you’ll ever meet when it comes to mattresses. Both my husband and I are so delighted. We don’t want to get out of bed...ever! Usually we both have to walk around during the night to alleviate pain. The company are amazing, friendly, patient, helpful and the delivery chaps were super charming and helpful too. I cannot recommend this mattress highly enough. It’s not an exaggeration to say it’s life changing. Thank you Tweak Slumber. Zzzzzzzzzzz😁😴😴😴😴

Absolutely by far the most horrendous mattress
Absolute crap owned mattress for 6 months before inserts started to sagg sent replacements after kicking off daily..yet again started to sagg... the even suggested I'm over weight for the mattress.(cheeky) I'm only 12 stone...me and my wifes back pain is unbearable this mattress will make your back worse...for a £1000 is a disgrace...silly as I should of read the reviews before buying..which so many reviews people have had literally the same issues..amazing just shows how poor this product is and with no help all they do is palm you off..and i now believe theres nothing they could do to rectify the mattress problem...um already in touch with different Avenues to take this further I will not stop till I get my refund...absolutely horrendous mattress

Now enjoying a fully tweaked mattress
We've had our tweak Slumber mattress for a couple of months, and have now got it 'tweaked' to perfection. As the name suggests, the great versatility of the system is that you can fiddle around until you find what works for you. I prefer a very firm mattress and my wife is more of a softy, so being able to accommodate us both in a single integrated unit is a real benefit. The folks at Tweak were very helpful in making this happen, and provided a couple of exchange inserts to accommodate.
It wasn't all plain sailing, and the initial delivery was a bit of a struggle (broken vehicles and incorrect sizing) but Tweak were responsive in helping to overcome the difficulties.

This mattress has got to be the best we have ever had. Fabulous advise and service given by Charlie. Quick delivery. My husband sufferers with back pain. He hasnt complained once since we changed to NREM. Worth every penny

I have never slept so well since we bought our N-rem mattress. The support is amazing, my old lady back feels completely fine in the morning, and I’m barely awakened by my fidgety annoying husband any more.
Delivery was fast, and the actual drop off was so quick - the delivery guys were in our house for about 90 seconds.

So far it has been 3 weeks since I ordered my product and there is no sign of delivery in sight. Coupled with creepy phone calls from someone in sales, I have not been impressed with the service.
Edit following reply: I think you'll find that in your calls, it has only been mentioned once about delivery. Other than that it has been lots of personal questions, and calls from someone who "is calling from their personal phone and they don't normally do that". And when you have responded to my emails you haven't actually explained why it is taking so long, or what the situation is. All you've done is tell me the company for delivery will be on touch.

Very happy!
I have had this mattress for 2 years now and it has helped me with my chronic pain so much. I suffer with fibromyalgia so having somewhere comfortable to retreat to is important to me and this mattress has been an absolute god send to me! Customer service are amazing too and will go above and beyond to help

Don't waste your money
Only giving one star because you have to. Although I guess that covers the fast delivery. We've had the mattress for almost 2 years now and its hell. It was amazing for the first 6 months then, even with rotating, it became so uncomfortable. It is now moulded into our shapes and causing us such back pain. We're saving to get a spring mattress.

Total waste of money
Have Fibromyalgia and have moved the sections about and still can't sleep on it and neither can my husband. We have a £700+ mattress and i'm sleeping on the sofa and my husband on the top bunk. I have sent email today requesting it is returned and a full refund.
