Ever since we got the mattress

Ever since we got the mattress, myself & my husband have slept better. My fibromyalgia is less painful first thing in the morning, than it was before we got the mattress. Also my husbands back pain & knee pains are less painful due to the mattress as well. So thank you so much for creating this mattress.

No contact

*UPDATE* Contacted within a minute of my review and message by Tom at TS who sorted out the problem with the delivery service. I've a date now for 13th, I hope the wait is worth it!😎
Ordered a mattress almost a week ago, but still not heard from the delivery company. I'm a little concerned as the website states they usually contact the customer within 2 days. Tried to telephone Tweak Slumber only to get an answerphone. I've given the benefit of the doubt, hence 3 stars and not 1. Fingers crossed I'm contacted soon.

Best ever!

We have had this mattress for a week now and it is by far the best mattress we have ever slept on! Love that we can set our own densities. some of our aches and pains heave definitely eased! It's amazing... looking forward to the next 9 years and 51 weeks of sleep!!

Although I had to return my mattress…

Although I had to return my mattress due to my body not the mattress it’s self. The company themselves could not have been nicer to deal with excellent all round.

Best mattress we've ever had

Best mattress we've ever had. I had a broken hip and scoliosis. Since lying on the bed all pain has reduced I'm sleeping better and my scoliosis has reduced.

Great customer service all round

Ordering was simple and when I tried to use the offer code I had, the assistant said they'd give me another one saving me even more money!

Delivery was prompt and as promised, although the company who delivered it are only in my area once a week, so we had to wait a bit longer than hoped.

My girlfriend noticed a stain on the topper (that had eluded my eyesight), which was disappointing. One email later, and they confirmed it was a brand new mattress, but suggested the stain was likely caused at the manufacturing stage and would send another topper out for me, free of charge. The date they mentioned didn't suit, but they changed it immediately for my choice of date.

I LOVE IT

Since taking delivery of our nrem mattress I have slept painfree every night, and it has been a deep renewing sleep too. I don’t wake up in the morning in absolute agony anymore either.
As a fibromyalgia and crumbling spine sufferer the decision to invest in an nrem mattress was the best decision we ever made.

I bought my mattress around January

I bought my mattress around January. But waitrd till now to review. I have scoliosis which is a curvature of the spine ive had for 50years and work in healthcare which definitely doesn't help my back BUT i love my job and since getting N.rem mattress ive went from around 3 hours sleep to now 8 sometimes even 12 hours sleep which i thought my son playing a trick with the clock.
Only downside is the fact i initially got it for 100 days free trial.And Tweak Slumber DID NOT have the decency to email,phone,or text near the 100 days to see how i was getting on with it and if i was wanting to keep or return it so i lost track off time and couldn't have told you when my 100 days were up
GOOD JOB i intended to keep it.im in love with it even recommended it to my doctors and physical therapist
And one other thing im annoyed at is the phishing scam emails i get EVERY week saying ive NOT paid or with a gentlemans name abour him not paying todays emsil was a bogus bill invoice aarrhh
Repeatedly send them to tweak slumber but never get reply
But mattress is AMAZING

Best nights sleep ever

I purchased one of these dual mattresses a couple of months ago. I have waited until now to give an absolute honest opinion. I am just so delighted with it just had to write a review (as 1st for me). I have been married for 27 years and it is honestly the best nights sleep I have had. My husband has a back problem and can only sleep on a firm mattress. This has been so painful for me as I suffer from RA,OA and Osteoporosis with extremely painful bursas. I had resorted to sleeping in the spare bed. After a lot of research I discovered the Dual mattress. I did look at other split type beds but didn't really want to go through all the hassle and expense of buying one of those and getting rid of a perfectly good bed frame. We didn't even have to remove the old mattress as we paid a little extra and the delivery men took it away for us. Well worth it when your getting older. I know these mattresses are quite a substantial purchase but in my opinion they are worth every single penny and more. I have gone from getting approximately 4 hours sleep a night to at least 8hours , don't want to get up in the morning it is so comfortable. My husband feels the same. You can also tell by the mattress that it is made of good quality materials. To be honest I have paid more than this for just an ordinary orthopaedic mattress in the past. If you are thinking about buying one don't hesitate as you won't regret it. The after sales support is great too if you should need it. In case you're wondering I have not been paid for this review and I am not affiliated with this company in any way. Excellent delivery service too.

A shocking company.

A shocking company.I missed the delivery of my mattress, I then contacted them for redelivery of which they wanted to charge me an additional £60! because it was a ‘2 man job’!
Cancelled the order , bought a Leesa instead , funny I missed my order not once but twice and they delivered a third time absolutely free! and there was two men too! Absolutely beautiful mattress.
I would avoid this company at all costs and go with a more reliable , well- known brand.

We offer a free of charge, two man delivery service to the room of your choice, taking away all packaging and leaving you with a customised mattress that is ready to sleep on immediately. We do try to make the process as clear as possible for all customers, with an agreed delivery date, a time slot provided on the day of delivery and advising that someone should be in to accept delivery on the day. Unfortunately, in your case there was no one at home to take delivery of the order which was attempted on your agreed date. There is a cost involved when we have to reschedule a delivery after a failed first attempt. This is the reason that we did request that the second delivery would be charged to yourself as the failed attempt has been paid by ourselves.

We are sorry that you found this unacceptable and that we were not able to help you sleep better with a Tweak Slumber mattress at this time. If in the future you do reconsider one of our products then please get in touch and we will be happy to assist.

Time for a Change - New Mattress

My back isn't in great shape so decided to change my mattress to see if it would enable me to get a better night of sleep - this mattress has delivered - it it so supportive and comfortable. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Great mattress

Great mattress, exactly as described. The only small problem was it took a while to get it delivered as we are down in Cornwall and they only had certain times they were in the area, but that was fine as we were in no rush to get it and it was well worth the wait.
