I love the mattress but my husband can not sleep on, but the company are being great with us they are doing their best to sort the problem for us which is very much appreciated, as in the mean time I had to go out and buy a cheap mattress for my husband which I dislike

The bed is excellent
The bed is excellent. I suffer with arthritis and was struggling with pain but not any more. The bed is really comfortable and I can finally get a goid night sleep.

Soft and supporting - perfect!
Lovely customer service when I had to re-arrange delivery data. Had a few nights on my soft mattress and already can feel the difference. Woke up with no aches and pains. My Duo mattress is perfect ... originally more than I want to spend but worth every penny - has a ten year guarantee and it is a genuine soft mattress that still provides support. Would recommend and have done so already to a friend.

first they dont tell you there is a weight limit...even being couple stone over 13 stone too heavy!hence in a year mattress dented and awfully uncomfortable to point in agony...paying monthly good but have to wait til finish paying to get new mattress

By replacing and regularly changing the inserts you should be able to prevent the current issue you have with the mattress dipping.

I ordered my mattress over a month ago…
I ordered my mattress over a month ago and I can’t really review it yet as I’ve not received it first there was a problem with delivery and I was going to get a call but never did after a week so I cancelled payment as I didn’t want to pay for something I didn’t have. I got a call less than 24hrs after payment was cancelled saying that I won’t get my mattress if payment is not made so I made a payment over a week ago and still no mattress. I received a call to arrange a delivery date but wasn’t for a few weeks. I’m now due to receive my item on the 11th of this month well over a month after I had ordered it.

Delivery was a shambles
Delivery was a shambles, problems caused by both tweakslumber and ashwoods distribution. Now that the mattress has been delivered it is so far so as ive only been using it for 4 nights.

Superb Mattress
Got this mattress for only 3 weeks but I could feel the difference just in couple of days. I'm struggling with lower and upper back pain for years. Now I can say this mattress works miracles as lower back pain dissapieard almost completely. I have set up arrangements of puzzles for upper back now so waiting on the result 😉 my husband and I absolutely love this mattress same as our friends they had a wee shot to try and lie down and they strongly noticed that mattress supports all parts of your body. Well worth spent money honestly 100% recommend 😁

Best mattress I’ve ever brought
Ordering was very easy and I was always updated with the progress of my order right through to when it was delivered.Its very easy to adjust the foam inserts to how you want them and the best bit is you can have the firm/medium and soft foam set for each individual,so you both get the right support where you need it most,I absolutely love my mattress, it’s the best mattress I have ever bought. It’s so comfortable that I don’t want to get out of bed in the morning and has me drifting off to a restful,pain free nights sleep ease.

Comfort for chronic pain sufferers
I bought the Nrem mattress after reading about the way it had been developed with chronic pain sufferers in mind. I liked the idea of being able to customise it - I have upper back and shoulder pain, so I moved the two soft sections to the top. It’s so much more comfortable than my old John Lewis mattress, which cost significantly more. Definitely recommend the Nrem - with the 100 day return guarantee, it’s hard to go wrong.
