Beautiful lamp and exceptional customer service!
Horrible! Ordered a vase on 28 March and still today on 13 April the delivery has not happened. This for something which in general should take 2-4 days. I specifically didnt order from Westwing as Sleepo was cheaper...well turns out - bad decision!

It was easy to order chairs for the dining room. The items got delivered in time and as expected.
At first in processing my order there was a glitch. So while I was waiting for my bed it never complete went through even though I got a confirmation email. After I texted customer service they texted me back that they are sorry and I have to order again. What I tried to do but the bed was sold out…A week later it was available again for a different price and I texted customer service again and they assured me that the will take care of it one the order is sent. It worked and I got the bed cheaper. Then I was waiting for the bed and it took longer than expected. I finally get the bed and after 2 nights the foot breaks - I reach out to customer service the sent me a replacement part which took another 1-2 weeks to arrive. I am fairly disappointed. But no reimbursement for effort and time and wait. I mean for the price you can expect quality. Nice effort but poor practice.
Bought 5000 euro worth of sofas for them and needed a replacement for an armrest but they said I need to purchase a whole module in order to get it.
Material made of fabric and will tear up eventually in a few years & your only option is to either spend a lot of money to buy something you don't need , or a replacement sofa.
Will avoid due to the lack of customer care & after sales services.
Absolutely 100% satiesfied, from ordering and having your sofas to the door in three days. Can't be better!

Products were used and in bad shape. Was not mentioned in the ad/homepage.
I waited two weeks for the dispatch, but the quality od the products compensated it!

I recently purchased a sofa bed from Sleepo and have been thoroughly disappointed with both the product and customer service. Despite following the assembly instructions meticulously and even consulting with the manufacturer, the sofa bed creaks loudly during normal use. Additionally, there's a noticeable gap between two wooden pieces, indicating poor alignment.
These issues severely impact the sofa's usability and durability. When I reached out to Sleepo for a resolution, the compensation offered was far from adequate compared to similar experiences with other companies.
Overall, the quality of the product and the lackluster customer service have been very frustrating. I would advise others to consider these points before making a purchase.
Don’t buy anything which is not in stock.
Ordered a carpet with 6-8 weeks delivery time. Asked for an update after 5 weeks whereby the response was that they would follow up (which they didn’t). After 7 weeks I reached out again and they still had no update on whether the item would be delivered within the timeframe. After further back and fourth I got the update the carpet would be delayed another 6 weeks, BUT they gave me the very nice option of cancelling my order if I was unhappy with that. I suggested they change my order to the same carpet but a slightly larger size which they seemed to have in stock, but no, only option was to cancel and redo my purchase (and thus pay more). Was offered a 20% discount but they already always have that on their Sleepo branded products so basically it wasn’t even a ”special offer”. Honestly super disapointing customer service and would have been easy for them to just put in a little bit of effort and not let the customer do all the work in figuring out the delays. Not proactive at all. Ended up ordering a similar item from a competitor which was shipped within 12hours.
