I believe it's a great product but despite many attempts I can't get it to work. Not the products fault at all but for a newbie at this it's frustrating...

The support staff were courteous and helpful even when I was stupid and didn't see a check box (that was all I needed to do to fix my problem).

The Windows client is pretty bad(keeps crashing,bad layout,design)Also there is no "Hydra" mode at least it doesn't say in the client and the conection speeds are Also pretty bad.

No issues, used the service for various reasons and had no problems.

Slick VPN didn't work for me, every time I logged in it stopped my browsers from working and couldn't solve the issue with tech support. Communication was good though, but not the program.

Have not been able to get it running. I ran the setup program and all that happens is that I am immediately cut off from the internet. To reconnect, I had to uninstall your program and so I am back where I was before except that I am less some dollars.

Easy to use on Windows, and a good price. Speed is impressive, especially when visiting US sites with a US exit point.
Have had a bit of trouble getting it to work on mobile devices, but pretty sure it's my devices, not SlickVPN. Happy with this product

Great customer service, email queries quickly addressed. No experience with VPNs but download speed is cut by about 2/3 from 15 to around 6 if I'm lucky, 3 or 4 ususlly. Won't enable Netflix US from Australia.

Pretty good so far, a lot better than NordVPN. Takes me about 6 or 7 tries to find a US server to unlock US Netflix (in Australia). Will probably renew my subscription if all is well by the end.

The activation mail was blocked by hotmail twice. Finally the SlickVPN customer service team changed my subscription mail address to another mail account, and I received the activation mail. Good work.

Everything you would expect. Only one downside is it does not circumvent geo-blocking on Netflix, but they don't claim that it does.

While the SlickVPN staff tried to be helpful, I verified that using Core servers, my accessible bandwidth went from 40Mbps to 27Mbps. There was some remote server administration I could not do without disconnecting. If the bandwidth overhead of the service costs that must bandwidth, then it's not worth using it IMHO.

Installed Slick and as soon as i activated it i could not use my laptop until i turned it of again. One thing that was very good about slick was that i got my total refund very quickly.

didn't work for me personally, but they did everything possible to help and in general were friendly, prompt and helpful. would not hesitate recommend to anyone outside China. only reason for four stars is of course that ultimately, they couldn't get it working for me. but that was regional rather than any fault on the support side.

Good product and easy to set up

Worked as advertised. Good locations, fast access keep up the good work with the speed with the locations

I keep getting disconnected far too many times from my Viscosity client on Windows 10. Since from the very start, its been really buggy to use. This constant break in connectivity causes errors with the DNS and security wise, it isn't good to keep getting disconnected ALL THE TIME!!! It works when it wants to work. Well I don't want a service I paid for to just decide when it wants to work. I don't get this issue with other VPN services using the Viscosity client.

With SlickVPN, Its stupid cheap, but I want something that works all the time and not to have to worry WHEN it'll disconnect on me. Months of back and forth messaging for help with NO real long term fixes? Its not worth the hassle any more. You screwed things up for me. Signing off. Will NOT be renewing my membership.
