Chicken great but had no chips left. Also the toilets were closed except the disabled one and not sure you can call it that anymore. Toilet seat broken, arm support snapped off on the floor and toilet roll holder broken. This is the Walton on Thames store

Unreal food, fast service

First time eating and wasn’t disappointed we visited the store at Merry Hill shopping centre. Tha food was tasty and Chloe went out of her way to help very friendly and nothing was to much great member of staff to have there. Thanks Chloe

Visited slim chickens with the family in Merry Hill today. Even though its always busy, the food only took 5 min to wait. Staff are always friendly and ready to help when needed. In particular one member of staff, a young lady with long black hair in a pony tail, Niyoli, she was so nice and happy. Definitely come again.

I am currently standing in the queue at Slim Chickens Metro Centre in Newcastle. Where do I start. Only 1 screen is available to order your food, the screen is literally covered with food. I alerted the staff, whi assures me that it would take a couple of minutes to get it cleaned. Whilst I understand that they might be understaffed, there is absolutely no excuse for them not to take some time to check and clean their screen. In fact the entire place is filthy. The kitchen staff is no better, on hand gloves the other one bare, holding food, touching their glasses glasses to touch the food again. It is frightening. My 16 year old insisted on going there but I will never let her go there again. Let us not mention the wait... It is a disgrace.

i went to the slim chickens in trafford centre and the worker , kimberley was very nice and she helped me order as i dont know order the worker gave good recommendations the service.

Slim chickens at Devon cliffs is the worse takeaway with rude staff that ain’t very helpful at all one machine wasn’t working took my order and messed it up and even worse forgot my sister’s food when she ordered it and when my sister tried to speak to the guy behind the counter he laughed and took the mick out off her what highly disrespectful I will not be going there again and will be telling everyone not to go to slim chickens when they come to Devon cliffs

We visited the Colchester store for my birthday, it was my first time fried chicken and it didn't disappoint. Piping hot, very fresh and cooked to perfection. The portions are very generous and the dips are delicious. A special shout out to Hayley who made the experience that much better. She's a credit to your company.

Fantastic menu, delicious food, clean restaurant and really friendly staff.
Thank you to the Basingstoke restaurant! We will absolutely be visiting again.
