Unorganized and Unresponsive
I ordered a slip cover in April. It did not arrive until July. It was completely the wrong product and color. I requested a refund. They requested that I ship the product back to them first. I had to pay to ship it back. That was in August. It is now December, and I haven't heard a word from this company. I have not received a refund.

I ordered from slipcovernation back in…
I ordered from slipcovernation back in May. It took 2 months to arrive but unfortunately didn't fit. I paid 80 dollars to send it back to China. The rep for the company kept saying to have patience for it to arrive to them. Package is in customs in china now and the company won't pick up the return. I'm out my money..80 bucks...and the product. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY....seriously...they are not reputable in the slightest. The rep and the company have stopped all contact.I just want my refund back even though i spent almost as much to send it back...and they refuse to help.

Ignored request to replace defective item
I ordered two slipcovers; one arrived just fine and the other had bad stitching that made the slipcover unusable. I contacted slipcovernation several times at two different email addresses; they never responded. I was advised by my bank to send the slipcover back using certified mail. Slipcovernation signed for the package but never honored their return policy stated on their website. All I wanted was a simple replacement but they did not have the decency to replace the item. I strongly advise not buying anything from this company.
