Great brand, painful returns

Smallable has a lovely selection and the quality is there — no complaints on the products themselves. But their return policy is a real letdown. Even within the EU, they don't offer any partnered courier arrangement, so you have to organise and pay for return shipping entirely yourself. In my case, the cost came close to the price of the item, making the return completely pointless. I ended up just gifting the piece to a friend instead.

For a business at this level, a proper structured return policy shouldn't be optional. Until this changes, I won't be ordering from Smallable again.

Parcel arrived nice and sound

Parcel arrived nice and sound. The package was eco-friendly paper, with no plastic bag for the garments, which surprised me and I’m satisfied. Really did a good job of eliminating excessive packing materials and was good for the environment. Also, the complimentary bag is very pretty.

Great selection, price and fast shipping

Great selection. I bought my Vitra house bird on sale at a great price. Shipping was super fast, received it in 3 days eventhough I’m across the world from where it was shipped. Well packed and in perfect condition and most importantly, product is authentic. Love.

I received the sunglasses

I received the sunglasses, but I'm disappointed with their condition. The glass have visible lines/scratches, and feels loose and they were not cleaned properly before being shipped. They do not appear to be in new condition.

Could you please advise on how this can be resolved? I would appreciate an appropriate solution.
