The product I purchased came in incomplete. The, asking for customer support is like pulling teeth. The questions I placed were not all addressed. I received multiple time one general answer to 3 questions i had related to products. It has been frustrating.

Build quality feels great, but pan head won't move!
The build and quality feels great. However, the pan head is almost impossible to move! I've looked it up and it seems to be a very common problem with this tripod and I'm pretty disappointed with the purchase. I don't have time to send it in and be without a tripod so I'm now looking into recommendations on the internet to solve the problem.

The only issue was that the tracking from the shipping company did not really work.

I still have a problem that is taking…
I still have a problem that is taking way too long to resolve. My issue is that right handle Hawklock that I bought has too much play in holding my rig - so it moves and ruins that shots that are hand-held.
While I have been referred a couple times, I have had to order a new handle, so I believe that now it the time to get a refund.

Package Didn’t Arrive-Edited
Unfortunately I didn’t receive the package.
Edit: It did show up. The wind had blown it into a neighbors yard and they showed up to my door with it 2 days after the delivery date.

I got the little wireless might set up…
I got the little wireless might set up for my Sony FX 30. It’s great for running gun shooting and I love how it has two microphones for less than 100 bucks. I was able to get a pretty decent set up while it’s not my main replacement for a microphone. It works great in a pinch. I’m very pleased with it.

Good quality, fast shipping, nothing to say, I m waiting the batteries now (Sony the big ones) they said that I had to wait till 15th march I think it ll be shipped tomorrow then (16th cause 15th is a Sunday) hyped to receive it. Magic arm is really great and the light is so powerful. Really good quality.

Terrible packaging
Terrible packaging. The items were not in a box and that caused all the items packaging to be heavily damaged. The RF-10’s box was teared almost open. The item wasnt damaged though.
