Scammers - do not trust

As per the reviews below, cold call telling me they had people in the area and my copper lines had to be replaced. This is complete nonsense, a typical scam call. I have VOIP and I am on fibre.

Misrepresenting on a cold call

Misrepresenting on a cold call. Saying my analogue phone line needed updating. In fact it does not as already updated! Completely talked over whilst trying to stop the unwanted sales pitch. The most immoral and unethical way of doing business. Very cut throat. I pity the employees. A perfect example of a scum company operating in an underhand way. Another total example of dishonest and disgraceful business practice being allowed operate and prey on the public in broke Britain.

Have nothing to do with these people…

Have nothing to do with these people they employ dubious sales practises put pressure on one of our office staff to sign a contract they falsified details on the form I cancelled then they sent bailiffs wanting 18K they are still harassing me. I have been contacted by numerous other people they have ripped off. They specialise in making customers buy out of their dodgy contracts Go straight to the police & trading standards if you have trouble with these shisters!

I was cold called by someone saying…

I was cold called by someone saying they worked for BT OpenReach who were offering free copper to fibre telephone upgrades.
I agreed to an appointment and the email confirmation was from SmartConnect, so I cancelled due to their dubious telemarketing practices.
