Excellent service from BB really professional easy switch over from BT. great support team and easy installation

Awful company. promise the earth and sign you into 7 year contracts with additional fees after saying they were included. Also sign you up for an extortionate contract with a different company, That you are also stuck with.
Once signed up, contact is barely anything if at all, and constantly have issues with the phone system since being installed.

Really impressed with Smart Connect Telecom. The service engineers who came out were spot on — friendly, knew exactly what they were doing, and got everything sorted quickly. Their support team has also been great whenever we’ve needed anything.

We recently had our new telephone system installed and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, we were quite demanding about how we wanted the system to work, but George took the time to listen carefully, understand our requirements, and ensure everything was set up exactly as we envisioned. Their professionalism and patience made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
A special thank you also goes to the engineer, whose cabling work was outstanding given the challenging layout of our building. The attention to detail and quality of workmanship really stood out.
So far, everything is running perfectly, and we finally have the setup we wanted. Excellent job all round — highly recommended!

Been with smart connect for just over 3 months now, I had so many issues with my previous provider and safe to say smart coms ( Smart Connect) saved the day! The salesman was very clear in what service was being provided all the details were clearly shown to me and after 3 months have nothing bad to say, George in the office is always helpful, Zach and Tom the engineers that installed the phones and Broadband were very informative in the day and helped me understand how the new system worked! I was very shocked to see some of the bad reviews on here as my experience is the complete opposite!

Recently had smart connect install new phones and broadband in my shop, the coverage was so poor previously its nice to finally have phones that dont drop out constantly! I dont normally leave reviews but my account manager Darren has been so helpful with the amount of times iv changed the settings

Smart Connect telecom have been very helpful in sorting out both handsets and broadband. I am very pleased with the outcome and happy to say that I haven’t had any issues with the handsets and I am able to properly communicate with my customers now. I wanted to also mention how Sammy was very friendly, patient and gave me all the right information. Even though my company is based in Birmingham, I’ve never had any difficulty getting through to someone when I needed support. Whenever an issue arises, the team is quick to respond and always ready to help.
I’m very happy with the service I’ve received and would highly recommend Smart Connect Telecom.

Biggest con going. Hopefully this review will stop others falling in the trap.
They said they were working with BT and we had to upgrade due to fibre, however, once installed fibre wasnt in our street and the phones and internet didnt work, so had to be hard wired, which missed the point of having them, we were also without phones and internet for weeks which majorly disrupted out business, without any compensation.
High pressure sales tactics led us to getting an unknown long term finance equating to over 10k when the equipment was under £800, we said we only buy equipment outright and never lease, but the lease was added into the contract as the salesman just kept talking around it, 6 months in they increased the pricing, so all the good reviews they have recently wont be so happy in 5 months time.
we requested a 3 year contract and it was scribbled in as 7 and then told us thats what we agreed when we didnt.
They didnt settle our existing phone contract as they promised.
We only get 40meg a month which for a business is tiny and get charged the use for over this. But hey its all in the really small print that you cannot read!
Please no one else fall for this its been all over the BBC news, that telecoms companies are out for all they can get and Smart Connect Telecom are one of them.

We had our phones installed by Smart connect about a month ago, the install went smoothly with great contact throughout.

So far so good! Recommend.

Do not sign any contract with this company.
They will rip you off, trust me and all the other bad reviews.
They told me it would cost £126 p/m but actually I'm paying just over £300, stuck in a 7 year contract too.

Agree with all the other bad reviews. They give you a huge contract to sign that isn't realistic to review and completely contradicts what their salesman promises you at the start of the process. Hidden costs, features that don't exist! Avoid at all costs!

Quote you certain prices on sign up, salesman don't show you full contract. You get sent one hours later with no cooling off period. Then the hidden charges come in to effect months later. Price paid is 3 times more than quoted. Phone and broadband is costing us in the range of £250 p/m for minimal use. Say they are going to upgrade you to fibre and promise the earth. Phones are bad, connection drops out. No get out clauses, No cooling off period. 7 year contracts. Scammers at best. Unregulated. Don't answer emails. BEWARE

Appalling - avoid at all costs. This company claimed to be BT Open Reach and said they were changing the copper broadband to fibre and my elderly mother in law needed a new contract. Without leaving a copy of the paper work they pressurised her to sign a 7-year contract which as was signing on behalf of a company has no cooling off period. Although contacted the next day to cancel they are now saying they will send a termination invoice.

Avoid this company at all costs. As others have said they tie you into a 7 year contract with no get out other than to pay the full term. They told my elderly grandparents that they would be without a phone as BT were phasing out the copper cables, ultimately scaremongering them into purchasing a contract with them. Avoid avoid avoid!
