From start to finish the transaction…
From start to finish the transaction was made so easy and the gentleman i delt with was so helpful . The money was sent to my sons bank account the day we did the transaction in the US .
I will be using this company again better than banks and a better rate .

Very professional service.
After making the initial contact with Smart Currency exchange they then emailed me back with the name of the new account manager and arranged a time to call me. The process was very professional and the money was transferred the same day after receiving my funds. Perhaps I could have got a better exchange rate but that was my fault for transferring money on the day our UK interest rates were lowered. Will definitely use this company again.

Owned by Barclays Bank (so no worries about them disappearing!)
From my initial inquiry they were very helpful and spent time explaining my options for spot rates and forward dated rated rates. Always had lots of time to talk through where currency rates stood. The actual process of transferring funds was straight forward and easy to do. Can't fault them. Great service. Friendly and helpful.
