We had had an electrician fit a new thermostat, but in spite of his best efforts, it didn't work. The engineer knew Ideal boilers very well and was able to see what had gone wrong and fix it. He also serviced the boiler. Exactly what was needed. Also was able to get an appointment very quickly which was a great help.

Another company told me they couldn't replace my boiler in the same place as it would void the warranty. Mark at SmartGas was incredibly reassuring, and I trust his judgement as one of the leading installers of the make of boilers. Not only that, he assured me that he would deal with any quibbles from the manufacturer himself, and if it came to it do any necessary repairs himself. Top guy, great team, excellent service. Jamie and his colleague who installed my new boiler were great, friendly and approachable, careful about my indoor cats, eager to explain things to me. Definitely recommend

Smart Gas Solutions did an absolutely amazing job with our basement renovation. This included new boiler fit, new pipes, new radiators and new bathroom. They went above and beyond to get the job finished meticulously and listened to all my questions and concerns. David was particularly helpful when getting the bathroom fitted and coming up with quick and efficient solutions to any issues arising. The team, in particular Geo, Michael, Haiden, Chris and Ross were amazing to work with and they always left the house as clean as they could afterwards, respected our property and looked after our cat Izzy. I could not recommend them enough if you need gas, piping or bathroom work done to your house.

Amazing professional job!! We were renovating our flat and some cowboys abandoned the job. Smart gas stepped in and they did an amazing and professional work on the agreed timeline. They had to re-do the plumbing in the whole flat which was a huge and demanding job. They know their job perfectly, even jobs that noone else agreed to proceed due to difficulty, with unbelievable good prices, no hidden fees and with a great communication. I use them again couple days ago, for my boiler service. Of course, i will use them again in the future for any plumbing job I would have. Trust them 100%.

Office staff were polite, friendly & efficient. Expected to wait over a week for a slot but offered one within 2days.
Heating engineer arrived in agreed time slot (only 2hours & not usual half day block so so hanging about at home).
On arrival he was polite and friendly. When queried about one aspect of the service he double checked. Service was completed and aspects of the boiler explained. Great work.
