I placed an order at the beginning of February. At the beginning of April, I had to cancel it because it was not delivered. I asked a call center representative to cancel the order, but it remained open throughout the day. I had to close the order myself—otherwise, who knows, they might have taken another two months to cancel it.

slow delivery. incorrect product (larger shelf pieces than ordered) that arrived rusty and dirty and with almost no packaging. dented metal parts.

I ordered a kitchen sink from smartheater.ro, which, according to the description and photos, was supposed to include a full set: sink, faucet, cutting board, two basins, and a siphon kit with open/close control and an overflow pipe. I received the sink in a damaged box with holes, missing part of the siphon and the overflow pipe.

I contacted the company with proof (including a screenshot from their website), but they refused to send the missing parts and removed the image from their site that clearly showed what the set was supposed to include.

Their communication was dismissive and disrespectful – they claimed the images were "informative only", even though they were clearly misleading.

A highly dishonest and misleading company. I do not recommend them – stay away!

Поръчах кухненска мивка от сайта smartheater.ro, която според описанието и снимките включваше пълен комплект: мивка, смесител, дъска, два легена, и комплект сифон с контрол за отваряне/затваряне и преливник. Получих мивката в разпокъсан кашон с дупки, без част от сифона и без тръбата за преливника. Свързах се с тях с доказателства (включително снимка от сайта им), но те отказаха да изпратят липсващите части и премахнаха снимката от сайта си, която показва какво включва комплекта.

Комуникацията им беше подигравателна – според тях снимките били "информативни", въпреки че очевидно подвеждат клиента.

Изключително некоректна и подвеждаща фирма. Не препоръчвам – стойте далеч от тях!

Am comandat o chiuvetă de bucătărie de pe site-ul smartheater.ro, care, conform descrierii și imaginilor, includea un set complet: chiuvetă, baterie, tocător, două vase mobile și set de sifon cu control pentru deschidere/închidere și țeavă de preaplin. Am primit chiuveta într-o cutie deteriorată, cu găuri, fără unele piese ale sifonului și fără țeava pentru preaplin.

I-am contactat cu dovezi clare (inclusiv captură de ecran de pe site-ul lor), însă au refuzat să trimită piesele lipsă și au șters imaginea de pe site care arăta conținutul complet al pachetului.

Comunicarea a fost batjocoritoare – potrivit lor, imaginile sunt „doar informative”, deși induc clar în eroare clientul.

O firmă extrem de incorectă și înșelătoare. Nu recomand – stați departe de ei!

A smartheater.ro weboldalról rendeltem egy konyhai mosogatót, amely a leírás és a képek alapján teljes készletet tartalmazott: mosogató, csaptelep, vágódeszka, két edény, valamint szifonkészlet nyitó/záró vezérléssel és túlfolyócsővel. A csomagot szakadt dobozban, lyukakkal kaptam meg, hiányzott a szifon egy része és a túlfolyócső is.

Bizonyítékokkal fordultam hozzájuk (beleértve a weboldalukról készült képernyőfotót), de megtagadták a hiányzó alkatrészek elküldését, és eltávolították azt a képet a weboldalról, amely a teljes készletet mutatta.

A kommunikációjuk gúnyos volt – szerintük a képek „csak tájékoztató jellegűek”, pedig egyértelműen félrevezetőek.

Rendkívül tisztességtelen és félrevezető cég. Nem ajánlom – kerüljétek el őket messziről!
