Great company and great knowledgeable people that I would highly recommend. I had quotes for a new boiler (which needed relocating and an accumulator fitting to increase the pressure throughout the house) from 6 companies and Smartheat showed the right level of knowledge and expertise and come in at a good price. When they were on the job, they worked hard and were considerate, explaining well at each stage of the job. I will be getting them back whenever I need some plumbing work done. I couldn't recommend these guys enough.

I Move into this new flat with no heating for three day. Don’t know what to do then I went on GumtreeUK and found SmartHeat number. I call him and he came round next day . He fixed it and am soo happy now . Very reliable

Company responded to request for quote with fair price from pics sent. Straight forward combi to combi swap out. Work completed no probs. Compare that to companies who fail to quote, give a ridiculous price and then "milk" the job onsite with extra not needed work. Save the hassle just come to this company first!

I asked Jiri to get a new connection from the new gas meter to my flat of the first floor and install the boiler and central heating as I only had electricity in my flat.
Jiri always responded my call promptly and his work was quick and organized.
It took 5 days for him and his team to complete the job.
After his work, they cleaned each day and left no mess at all for 5 days.

Jiri installed two boilers at my rental houses in Sept 2021. From the moment I spoke to him, he was honest and guided me in choosing the best boiler for my needs and my tenants needs. I received all the paper work the next day post installation from the manufacture. It was a smooth installation from start to finish, so happy with his work and services. Really good reliable (arrived on time as he said he would), hardworking and quick in his installs, no messing around and more importantly at a very good price. I had a new Worcester boiler fitted by Smartheat London. All done within 3 days of asking, competitive price, with good advice given. Very clean and tidy installation, nice guy and always responds to calls. I will ask him to do my servicing, and I would recommend him to others .

My experience of dealing with SmartHeat London has been very good. The owner responded with little delay. Had my appointment for a boiler replacement booked within days of contacting them.
Changing a boiler can be both costly and complicated. I was offered a very competitive price on my new Worcester Bosch Greenstar 2000, and after the installation there were some snags that were ironed out in no time.
I would recommend this company to everyone I know.
