My boiler failed without warning and I needed a replacement urgently as it was too old to repair. A friend recommended I try SmartHeat. They were able to come within two days. Jiri was excellent. He replaced the boiler and had the heating running again in a few hours. He was as pleasant as he was efficient, a real credit to his company. I would recommend SmartHeat and Jiri in particular to anyone needing a new gas boiler.

Jiri of Smartheat flushed the system and replaced my old gas boiler with a new Vailant. He gave good advice on which size to go for and recommended me to use a boiler slightly smaller than I had in mind. He said fitting an oversize boiler is less efficient, which turns out to be absolutely correct. He fitted me in quickly knowing I had no hot water and central heating. Although I am in Chelmsford, he made no fuss. Fitted & completed and running in 1 day for a fair price. Jiri is straightforward and easy to talk to. He left my house clean an tidy.

My boiler stopped working
I had no heating and hot water.
I called smart heat London limited and they were over within 2 hours.
They advised my boiler was over 10 years old and had become uneconomical to repair.
They quoted a very competitive price to replace and said they could have it done within 36 hours.
Great customer service and thought the cost was very reasonable

Excellent service. Jiri is prompt, fast and knows what he is doing. He found a workaround that saved us having to wait for an annoying overly-complicated German spare part - saving us time and money thanks to his experience, knowledge, confidence, ability and willingness to improvise.

Giving 5 star because he did a good job fixing our boiler but it did take about 2 weeks before it was properly fixed. Now it’s just as good as brand new. Thank you for your good service.

Friendly and professional.

SmartHeat London installed our Worcester Bosch boiler last year. Alex did a brilliant job. A year later the boiler is working perfectly and Jiri came round to give it it's first service.
