Excellent replacement boiler supply & fit

The overall experience from Smart Energy was faultless from the initial call to me after my enquiry through to an 'actual person' coming to survey and personally provided the quote/s. As a distress/unplanned purchase (due to my boiler being blocked) the installation was within 5 days. The fitting was not 'just' a boiler but pump, value, filter, one new radiator, clock, thermostat and some pipework with powerflush done excellently and you would not even know the job was done, except the house and water is now hot again. At a very attractive price also. Well done the Smart Team!

First class company and service

First class company and service. I cannot praise the team enough for their advice and help. New boiler installation and cavity wall insulation provided by experienced workmen. Dave fitted the new combi boiler and did a great job with minimal disruption. Left everything clean and tidy. Same with the guys who did the cavity wall. I was kept informed at all times regarding dates and procedures, everything went to plan. Highly recommend this company with confidence.

Tom Wood from Smart Energy gave me several boiler options, with clear and concise details. He was excellent.
The installer Mark attended on the time and date chosen and he too was excellent

Installation of new boiler.

I am not easily impressed,but I was impressed with Smart Energy.They were efficient,clean and tidy and professional.The gas fitter came on time and finished the job quickly and with the minimum of inconvenience.Subsequently,they checked with us that all was well.I would not hesitate to recommend Smart energy.

from survey to quotation and boiler…

from survey to quotation and boiler fitting,every aspect was satisfactory. Louise in the office lovely,chatty and helpful. Darren the fitter very professional,helpful,friendly.
All in all we are wellpleased with the service received and heartily approve them.

Excellent boiler installation

Excellent boiler installation, House and tech surveys' performed quickly and teams were very professional. Installation took approx 6 hours and was executed well. Smart and tidy teams, knew what they were doing. I was very impressed. New boiler working well. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Smart Energy West Mids Ltd.

Smart Energy installation of new boiler and water tank.

Smart Energy made the installation of my new boiler and water tank a very straight forward process.
The team were very helpful and informative all the way from start to finish, there was minimal disruption and we were back to normal with a brand new system within the same day.
all visits to my property were very professional, i would highly recommend them they have a great team.

Excellent service

Could not carry out installation of new boiler due to engineer illness but quickly rearranged for same week

Engineer, polite and knowledgeable, made sure areas were covered and there was no mess during installation, old boiler taken away and all areas clean and tidy. Also a good price.

First class service

From the first phone call I made to the final survey to sign off the work we've had first class service from Smart Energy. All staff were polite, the service was efficient and well organised. I highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend

Smart Energy from start to finish did an absolutely fantastic job. Every member of staff that I spoke to could not have been more helpful. The installation was an absolute breeze with no question to small or to big. I would highly recommend!

Boiler fitted 16/11/2021

Through a comparison website, came across Smart Energy. No person wants to part with money to a company they know little of!! Brian had called me on the day of the quote and, spent an hour and a half talking to a complete novice in the boiler industry, going through my expectations, explaining what are the most efficient boilers, explained in detail how warranty works and even went above and beyond and broke down the costs to the penny to warrant the cost (no other company would be as transparent as Brian Had!) This gave me confidence I am dealing with an organisation that have 100%confidence in themselves, which gave me faith I will have a good job done getting a new boiler. Had a veissman boiler fitted in on 16/11/2021, Mark arrived early, 6 hours later he was completed, gave me a full walkthrough of the boiler and although I had a million questions being a new boiler, Mark took extra time to explain everything in detail, which left me more at ease.
Brian had also sent me a courtesy message and gave me a call after the boiler was fitted to see how I'm getting on with new appliance and arranged a handover appointment (23/11/2021) to check over boiler. Aftercare is amazing, they keep in regular contact, have been signposted to contact them should anything go wrong and will receive a call each year as a reminder to service boiler. Thank you all.

I had the most honest person

I had the most honest person, Chris, offer the service I needed at the property. He went above and beyond just giving me a quote for a new boiler but offered a genuine advice on my old boiler which in the end was very useful. I would definitely recommend Smart energy.

Replacement central heating boiler

From initial enquiry to installation everyone involved has provided excellent service. I was extremely impressed by the engineer who carried out the main installation, nothing was too much trouble and the standard of work was neat and tidy, The new boiler was fitted in a new location replacing the water storage tanks. The new system works wonderfully.

New combi-boiler for my ageing mum

New Viessmann combi-boiler for my ageing Mum who was worried hers might not get through winter. They had it surveyed, options, prices and booked in before the 'big boys' even got near visiting. Tom Wood was top class on survey, quotes and options. Once booked in, Louise was good humoured (but pleasantly merciless) in taking the deposit and later (on budget day of all days) the balance. Topping it all though, was Mia who re-arranged the workload after the intended engineer caught covid. She managed to get the job done just one day after the original date. Which big company would have bothered?? Done in one day, cleared up and cleaned, old boiler taken away. Mum thought she must have dreamt it. Thanks to all of you
