ordered a car from this company, didn't work after trying a replacement part
it still didn't work, waited two and half at home to be collected. The new replacement arrived without the name ordered, it worked but doors don't close properly, fed up with it, didn't complain further.
CARS FROM THIS COMPANY SEEM TO EITHER REJECTS OR SECONDS, FAR FROM PERFECT. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Delivered as scheduled. Well packed, handled with care, arrived without damage. Easy to assemble, we charged it overnight and was able to used it for hours of fun, looks real with radio and mp3, good value for money, the downsides of it are: doors are not easy to open (by little ones) should be designed with door handles from the outside or an easy to pull handle from inside; back corners of the car are not flawlessly made, there are also dents, I reckon it is from the plastic molder during manufacture. I didn't ask for an exchange because it was close to Christmas can't be bother by the hassle of exchanging huge items. Kids love it though! It was supposed to be for my 3 year old but my 5 year old daughter loves it too! I think even 6/7 can even fit on it. It has wide seating area. It comes with a remote control, but not as fancy as the other car models, it is only basic, plain white, rectangular remote control, but it is working perfectly with all gears with parking mode as child-lock. This site has a cheaper price for the same model than other toys store online.

Fast delivery, cheap prices

Purchased a 12v ride on car for my grandchild just before Christmas from Smart Play Zone and it arrived within three days. It was well packed and although I couldn’t be home on the day of delivery, the item was left in the secure place as I requested. I am happy with my dealings with this company and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Very quick delivery. Perfect condition. 1year old granddaughter loves it DOWN FALL the music is chavy and it takes too long to charge but nice looking and realistic

The wheel disk came with broken the bike was just ok nothing special.

Not easy to get through by phone. Takes a good few times for phone to get answered after it rings and then tells you to hang up. But when call is answered, very helpful and focused on your custom.

I brought the 12 volt Audi style remote control car for a Christmas present. Purchased well in advance (good job too as they sold out!) to allow time to sort any issues.

Overall I am very VERY happy with this purchase - in the interest of fairness I will detail the good and the bad.

THE BAD: I paid the surcharge for weekend delivery and somehow they sent it next day (a weekday) so I had to go to the depot and pick it up. I paid for a personalised number plate but this was not included.

THE GOOD: Despite reading reviews they were hard to contact by phone I got through straight away and the chap was really helpful They refunded the weekend delivery charge without hassle. And a personalised number plate was posted straight away.

The car itself is superb, looks great and works really well - I read they are hard to put together but I had no real issues doing so (all done within an hour) all parts were there and fitted well ..... I had read reviews that the instructions were confusing but its very clear what goes where so one doesn't really need the instructions.

All in all very happy with the product, I have no idea how they can sell this product at such a low price!! and very happy with the customer service for the couple of minor issues. Would certainly buy from this company again without hesitation !!

Cant wait to see by child's face when she unwraps on Christmas day !!

I have been ordering an electric ride on car for christmas present and was very important to be delivering on time. It was perfectly on time how just was promised.
Some small scratches was on the item , however it was sorted for me very quick.
I am happy with my purchase and I recommend to everyone the Smart Play Zone! Correct company! Thank you!

Overall happy but just a mess up with dates of delivery and waited in for 2 full days (only out to shops across the road but left notes on the door to state i wouldn't be long. This was due t each day recieving a message saying it was going to be delivered. I rang the night of the 2nd day as delivery had then changed to the next day but couldnt wait in for the 3rd day as needed shopping etc for my daughter. But the woman on rhr phone was really polite n also ensured I would recieve a text in the morning with a time for an hour slot (so woukdnt need to wait in all day)which helped loads. Haven't tested yet as a christmas/bday present for my daughter ( Christmas baby lol) but I'm pretty sure we will both be over the moon with the product. I don't know if it was a mess uo with computers/texts or just because Christmas period is busy but I had a message originally staying the 4th for delivery yet the guy said he doesn't understand that as it wasn't desptched until the 4th. But overall was still a quick delivery n polite customer service from both yourself n the delivery service cxc

Fast and easy transaction to delivery. Car has been bought as Christmas present so has not been assembled as of yet but seems too quality in the box
