Complete FRAUD. Smartsupp and it's customer service chat work with international financial and crypto scams. A client aitrust24.com has defrauded me over USD $1 million. Smartsupp handled my kyc verification truth id.me but was complicit in knowingly committing fraud and wire fraud against American victims.

Due to technological and legal limitations, it is not possible for us to check conversations and domains for content or activities. Even if we decided to scrape websites or use third-party categories it would be impossible to detect a scammer. We can only find out information the website is willing to share and we are not responsible for the user’s activity.
And if there’s no obvious proof of scam on the website, we cannot randomly block the account and the domain of the website owner.
Also if you still believe that the website is problematic, we highly recommend you report this website to the Police or the relevant authorities also. If they contact us, we will fully cooperate with them as Smartsupp does not support illegal practices.

worthless company we are using the…
worthless company we are using the standard package for 3 year now in our magento store, out of the blue with no warning they change and remove important options like office hours out of the standard package so u have no choice to pay 30 dollars a month extra for the pro package u really don't need at all and never agreed on purchasing!!! don't use this company, next upgrade of the website they will never see us again!

WAITED 8 actual days, Now Months
I have waited 8 actual days, back in July, while getting messages from AITrust, Aka Auto Investment Trust, Ltd. it Location, UK and Singapore, Aka Autotrust24.com , that they were busy and for me to leave my email and they would response to my ass soon as possibly. Now it's November 18, 2023 and the original lengthy chat was removed and a be sorry chat and transcript started. Thankfully I've got everything captured on video, on hundreds of screenshots and many emails. The email from smartsupp stated that the numbers were correct. They offered no assistance with my phone investment account in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin and USD. Today I contacted them after noticing my balances available this morning have disappears and all investments are gone. Three continue to give the same heads that I need to just leave my email. I've done that since July 2023. I reported to them potential bugs. In the chatbot menu you can have your chat transcript downloaded and you can also report Android or iOS or computer bugs. I've done that at the property link and by email and will no response. I've left my phone and are and email I've 25 times in total with no response. I'm expecting the correct my account with aitrust24.com and immediately clear the 21 or more pending withdrawals I've cancelled. They told me that I needed to deposit at least $5,000.00 in Bitcoin or Dogecoin or Ethereum or USD before I could make a withdrawal to my crypto wallet on Robinhood or coinbase. I've done that a long time ago and cancelled ALL pending withdrawals but I'm unable to take it even one penny and my account is now down to about USD 10,000 and my direction went from 1,000,000 in total to just 20,000 five and that happened about 915am est on Saturday November 18, 2023.

These people really support scam sites…
These people really support scam sites on the internet, such as the an-tares site, do not trust the sites that have this chat system.
They don't even check the sites they support which is normal, as long as they get paid they won't say anything.

Supporting scammers
They are supporting steam account phishing.
Their support box can be found on peekmatch.live (do not enter site it may steal your information). The site in question has been reported as a phishing site to google safe browsing and will get taken down.
I don't understand how such a company would even consider working with such sites. And how they didn't even bother to check what the site is doing before accepting the contract..

Issues with video recording and customer support
Smartsupp chat is good, video recording UI is ok. Video recording does not integrate properly with chat (visitor identity issues) and their customer support isn't technically knowledgeable and won't escalate issues to the techs.
