Easy to use, professional chat program with great options and fast services.

The application does not work to notify when a customer enters the website, this happens with some Android devices

Shortcuts are great, automatic replies. Easy implementation and work with offline/online status of operators. The only thing I am missing is integration with Chat GPT and Make.

SmartSupp is a simple but smart and very functional chatbot solution that covers our needs very well and at a reasonable price. The trial version is a bit lame on support (I don't understand why, because the trial is tested by potential paying users :-/), but it's something you can live with.
We're wondering about the integration with other systems (erp, crm...) and hope to still be satisfied in a few months.
