We will never go to this smash burger again! As long as the manager Will is there. We went in and was cussed out because of our mask we were wearing was not “acceptable” it was a face shield, according to the manager. Then they told us to wait outside which we did. Everyone else was helped in front of us and they got their food then we went back in and politely asked if our food was ready? The manager again yelled at us to go outside and then finally brought our food called us horrible names in front of our daughter and other customers then took his mask off to yell at us further.....Hmmmm.....This manager has lost his mind and if I were the GM would fire on the spot!
This was in Fort Collins off harmony store #1006. I hope someone that will actually do something about this incident will read this!

Food is good but it's more of a fast food chain than a straight burger place IMO.

Was at the Smashburger in Locust Grove, the Turkey burger was amazing until midway through the burger...I found a light brown curly hair in it. Unfortunately, it was a to go order. However, I have been going here for over a year & never had a complaint or problem. Service is always amazing & food always great

I'm not a fussy eater. At airports I just want a 'fill-up' nice a quickly. So at Philadelphia Airport I picked the outlet, Smashburger, that had an empty line. Nobody was waiting. And I love burgers!

I waited patiently within five feet of three individuals who were busy discussing their social calendars (I could hear them!) as they congregated around the register.

After almost five minutes of waiting and trying to catch the attention of one (any!) of them, I gave up. Seemingly discussing what bar to go to next weekend was more important than serving their one solitary customer! No wonder the line only had me in it - albeit for not very long. I walk across the concourse to Chick-fil-A.

Bye bye Smashburger.

OMG!!!! This is my guilty pleasure! Those tater tots are the best. The burgers are so yummy and juicy. I love this place! McDonald’s Burger King Wendy’s you can and all take a seat

Oh my gosh! Best burger place ever! This might sound crazy but I went to Smashburger solely for the Brussels sprouts! That’s so unique, I mean what burger joint has Brussels as a side?!? They were amazing. The customer service was excellent as well (good job Draper). The cashier suggested the burger I got and it was right up my alley! I was very impressed with the quality and THANK YOU for offering a whole wheat bun. I was a fan and appreciated the healthier alternatives. I will be back!!!

Tried this in Glasgow. Was a bit pricy but food was good.

I used to love Smashburger and ate there every week or two. Since the menu changed and found that prices went up, specials went away, and, worst, fried pickles were dropped, I haven’t been back in over a month. Burgers are still good, but the specialness is gone.

Went to the new Piscataway, NJ location as they sent coupons via mail to our business & I wanted to check them out so took an employee with me. One coupon was for a free Smashburger. One coupon was for $2 off a Smashburger. Coupons stated one coupon per person.

They would not let us use two coupons. District Mgr decision we were told. So I made my order for a Smashburger, Large fries and a shake and used the free smashburger coupon.Total was a bit over $8 for fries & a shake as burger was free.

I then handed my credit card to my employee and let him place his order to get his $2 discount which worked fine.

If I brought my family here with coupons sent to me by this company, clearly stating one coupon per person, I would have walked out after being told that a moron district manager made some decision on his own to change "one coupon per person" to "one coupon per group order". No way would I have handed down my credit card to my wife & kids to place their individual orders.

Lets see, this new chain spends all that money to print out coupons stating one thing and when you go to "try" them out you get told that their coupons do NOT MEAN what they say. Is not the whole idea to get people to try out a new place, enjoy it AND COME BACK again?

Then to try this nonsense with coupons! I would not go back just on principle. Who would know where else this district manager might try to save money on... old food,whatever.

Anyway, basically the food was good when they brought it over to the table. They forgot to make my shake,and when I almost finished eating, I went back to their counter to ask about it,they then made it. I initially thought since they say they use real ice cream to make it, that it was taking awhile to make. Nope, they just forgot it. The shake was good tho!

I would say that for the prices Smashburger charges tho, you would be better off going to another fast food place if you need fast food, as you will save ALOT of money.

If you want a better burger at about the same price go to Red Robin.

If you do go to Smashburger, get regular fries and regular burger, not the large size. They are almost exactly the same, especially the fries.

Place is clean tho, and NOT VERY BUSY so not much waiting in lines.
