Smashinn overcharged me for my purchase of Wilson Bela pádel shoes. My cart showed the price as £87.99, and with £6.99 delivery it came to £94.98. I went through payment all the way to the Google Pay popup on my phone, which still stated £94.98. However, immediately upon paying, a notification popped up on my phone saying I had paid £109.98. When I clicked back into the product page, the price showed £104.99 (yet Google shopping still displayed it was £87.99). There is also no easy/immediate way to cancel my order, even though I contacted their customer support (an AI chatbot) immediately.

Do not use this company. Their delivery process is a mess and their customer support is non-existent with nothing but automated unhelpful replies to questions. My order was shipped with a tracking number, but then it says this tracking number doesn’t exist. Then a new tracking number was created almost two weeks after my order, but the status of this order hasn’t been updated in almost a week after that. I have no idea which tracking number is correct, or whether it has to clear customs and what the status is as no one will get answer my question. I can see on delivery apps the latest update, but the delivery partner says I need to speak to the sender to find out information on my order and the sender won’t answer me. Pathetic service, if you can even call it service.

I am extremely frustrated with Tradeinn…
I am extremely frustrated with Tradeinn / Smashinn. I placed an order (No. 69143851) for USD 461.48, and I never received it. The tracking number (LX066110559NL) proves the package never entered my country (Kuwait).
To make matters worse, their automated system has set the order status to "Delivered" on the app, which is completely false! At the exact same time, Tradeinn officially emailed me acknowledging a major shipping issue and stating that the package is being returned to their warehouse.
They are refusing to process a refund while clearly knowing the package is lost or sent back to them. I have already initiated a formal chargeback dispute (Case 693154) through my bank (NBK Bank). I demand an immediate full refund! Avoid this website, their customer service is non-existent.

"Terrible shipping experience and lack of support. My order (Tracking: LX066110559NL) has been stuck in transit since May 22 with absolutely no updates. The estimated delivery was May 29. I personally visited the main headquarters of Kuwait Post, and they confirmed the package has NOT even entered the country yet. Lie regarding delivery time.
Unfortunately, my experience was negative. The website provides incorrect information about delivery times, and the actual delivery takes much longer.
What is most disappointing is that this does not seem to be an isolated case. Many other customers mention the same issue in their reviews. This means the company has known about the problem for a long time, but the information on the website has still not been corrected.
This misleads customers and creates false expectations. The company should update its delivery information and be more honest with its customers.

Please don’t use this provider. Believe me, they say you need to read all the terms and can take a month or more to arrive to Australia.
Their customer service won’t take responsibility and will just say that’s normal waiting time. Don’t use this website, your order will take up to a month if not more to arrive to Australia.
Look at their reply. It’s a copy and paste form other reviews. Don’t use them. They scam anf lie to you about delivery times. More importantly, you can’t get your money back or do a refund. Don’t use them!
