We feel incredibly fortunate to have found SMILE Air-Conditioning Service for our recent AC installation, following a family recommendation. From our first engagement through to final installation, the entire process was seamless and stress-free.

Right from the outset, Julien, Aaron, and Josh were exceptionally professional and extremely helpful. They took the time to discuss the optimal placement of the units, provided clear and competitive quotes, and guided us thoughtfully through every step. Communication and coordination were excellent throughout.

The installation itself was expertly carried out by Martin and Adam. They arrived punctually, demonstrated impressive technical knowledge, and were consistently courteous in our home. The work was completed efficiently with great attention to detail—and minimal disruption. Any mess was managed and cleaned as the project progressed, which we very much appreciated.

My husband and I are extremely happy with the very professional service provided by this company. From the initial telephone call with Aaron and then a video call with Josh plus a site visit a few days later. His experience and advice really helped us decide where to place the unit and within 10 days an Air conditioner has been installed by the engineers Kyle and Jacob. They were friendly, efficient and completed the installation with total professionalism.

Sunny arrived on time and had the unit working perfectly in just over a hour.
He has quoted for additional units that we are going with next month.

We have had the pleasure of using SMILE air conditioning two times! Aaron has been an absolute pleasure to work with, very fast in his responses and accommodating. We originally installed air con in our kids room a couple years and then decided this year to install in our bedroom and study. Everything was done in one day by Jabob and Kyle, so fast and efficient. Would highly recommend!

Prompt initial response, calm and sound advice during site visit and during follow up, and a great installation experience. The install team was prompt, efficient and offered options and advice. They made sure to consult with me before they started, queried along the way, cleaned up after themselves and demonstrated using the units before they left. Very pleased with the end result.

I use Smile for my office AC unit instelation and servicing and now i also use them for my residental. The pricing were resenable , there were no hidden cost , Both enginers were very experiance and made a clean instelation. I will use them again !!!

We had air conditioning installed in our kitchen/diner by Smile a couple of years ago, and we were delighted with the service and equipment installed.

The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly tidy, leaving no mess behind. They explained how to use clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left.
No issues at all with the unit and we called them for a service. Also asked if they would look at the upstairs unit too even though it was installed years ago by a different supplier.

Service engineer was lovely and very efficient.

Cannot recommend Smile Air Conditioning highly enough. The two lads were courteous, professional and very skilled. None of the typical sucking air through teeth as the job was assessed, Just got on with it, tested the equipment and it worked first time. Then they cleaned up everything even vacuuming the showroom carpet. These large overhead air conditioning units are not easy to handle but they managed to fit both the inside and exterior units without any fuss allowing us to keep the store open in a safe manner throughout the install and when they were finished they took away all the old broken units to boot. If you want quality air con units fitted by pros then I would recommend Smile without hesitation. Thanks lads.

Smile were a pleasure to deal with right from the start, excellent communication, a well priced product which we are very happy with! The installation was carried out seamlessly, with the engineers explaining everything they were doing and a full run through once installed on how to use the system. Fantastic service, cannot recommend highly enough.

Aaron and Lee from smile air-conditioning came to fit two units in my house, they were professional polite, hard-working and very tidy. I was extremely pleased with the results. I would highly recommend smile air-conditioning to everybody. The work was carried out without any mess all the cardboard and other detritus was put neatly in my bins by Aaron and Lee. Then I was shown how to use the Aircon with the manual device . The whole installation took about four hours there was some drilling but it didn’t last for long and the units are absolutely fantastic. The cool air comes out immediately and then you can turn the temperature down if you wish. I was then contacted a couple of days later to ask if I was happy with the results which of course I was and then I made payment by bank transfer. The guys were on time, very respectful of my property hard-working and efficient. I checked different prices of different companies and these were by far the best priced and with excellent products so highly recommended ,thank you so much kind regards, Karen.
