Refund never appeared
Looks like a good service but the reality is different. I have been waiting over 6 weeks for a refund. You have to order and pay for the machine before you set-up an account. I am in the middle of changing names so my ID could not be automatically verified. My situation is completely legal and I have all the legal documents to back it up, but their compliance team would not accept it, so I was forced to cancel the order. The support staff are polite but it is difficult to get through and there is no continuity of support. I paid for the machine 12th August - it took more than 2 weeks of back and forth to establish they would not accept my account. The order was cancelled at my request on 31st August and to date (12th October), I have still not received a refund.
