I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this company! The workmanship did not meet acceptable standards, and I found their business practices concerning.
When I provided the owner with photographic evidence of the issues, he offered to caulk the problem areas and replace a few tiles. However, when I indicated this would not adequately address all the deficiencies, he threatened legal action rather than working toward a reasonable resolution.
I have obtained an estimate from another contractor to properly address the issues left by Smiley Tile. The estimated cost for these necessary repairs is $761,67.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Smiley Tile Carpet One and would not use their services again.
