I prefer to collect
I prefer to collect. Royal Mail were useless. They delivered the day after they were supposed to and did not send me a notification.
Luckily I hadn't yet gone out when the postman rocked up. After I got the parcel, Royal Mail sent me a note to say it had been delivered.
I hope it goes better next time
