Fantastic all round experience. Darren was extremely helpful when I visited the showroom / workshop. Our pool table was crafted on site in Essex and we are thrilled with the quality of the craftsmanship. High professional, went above and beyond to help create the perfect table I was looking for, delivered and installed all well within the promised schedule. Wish we had contacted the snooker and pool table company sooner!

Perfect from start to finish and the table is manufactured to the best standard.
I called in and ordered the table there and then following what Darren recommended, a few phone calls to make a few changes and delivery was on time and very little interruption.
If you want customer made table Darren and family are definitely who you want to deal with!

We'd already paid another company (supposedly the biggest in the UK) to supply and delivery a pool table that wasn't as good a quality and they decided to add £200 pounds to the price to deliver a week later than the date they wanted to deliver, the date they wanted to deliver wasn't possible as the summer house wasn't even built, I told them that and they said I'd have to pay another 200 , I got a full refund and chose to use the snooker and pool table company.
Will definitely use them again!

We were after a pool table for our garden room and made an appointment with Darren to come to the studio in Rayleigh to take a look. Darren was extremely helpful and talked us through all the options possible with the table. He went out of his way to get us a good deal. On the day of delivery the guys got the table all set up for us in the garden room, they were very efficient as it wasn’t the easiest building to access with such a heavy item. We were very happy with the final result as we had gone for a non standard cloth colour that we had only seen a swatch of but it looked fantastic. Since purchasing we have had to contact Darren on an issue with the cues (a manufacturing fault) and he went out of his way to get it sorted for us on a weekend as well. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company they went above and beyond. Many thanks

We had been looking at various websites for a pool table with a 'wow' factor. A lot of the UK suppliers import from China but we wanted something hand crafted in the UK and we came across Snooker and Pool Table Company. Tracey responded to our enquiry very promptly and arranged a video call with Darren who was absolutely great in helping us choose exactly what we wanted. The table was installed 2 days ago and is a real quality piece of work. If you want a bespoke pool table and assurance that it will be professionally built then look no further.
