Excellent value for money easy journey! Would def go again

The service provided by the team was really firstclass. The courtesy of the drivers and the comfort of the ride made up for slightly restrictive seating ( I am over 6ft) but the nights sleep wasn't too bad. The meal stops were timed well and there was room to get up and walk around if a stretch was needed.

Smooth journey on the snow express. Well timed rest stops, clear communication and good driving. Only negative was the temperature was a little low at times so a bit cold to sleep in.

Great service but the French bus in La Plagne just drove past me at the bus stop without stopping so I had to get a£80 taxi to Aime.

Really friendly service. Comfortable coach and very efficient.

Good communication, clear website, and timely coach in both directions. Coach was adequate, but minimal legspace, lack of storage (downstairs) and lack of heating made the night travel less comfortable than could be hoped for. Would use again, but not my first choice.

We have travelled by snow express from Victoria to Val Thorens on several occasions and always found them to be excellent. They are reliable, efficient and professional but also friendly and helpful, for example when making changes to bookings. The drivers have always been very good. Their prices also compare favourably with other companies.

Very happy with transport/coach and the fact that we were delivered to and collected right from the resort- no transfer to local services needed- a welcome surprise.

The coach departed and arrived on time. It was clean and comfortable. The drivers were great. I would definitely use the service again.

Such a shame that the Luxury Coach was a double decker, this meant that the people on the bottom had no storage room above heads and only a tiny amount under the seats.
The leg room is inadequate and I am 5’6” ( so if you are tall not sure how you will cope) when I arrived in my destination I had a knee problem which I did not have before and this was without any skiing being done.
The journey through the night was such an awful experience, it was so cold ( we asked the driver to turn heat up, but this did not appear to get done) . I put my ski coat on and fortunately I had a couple of fleeces with us but it was still so cold.
Apparently priority is given to people with families so 2 groups of 4 people with younger children were given the 2 table seats of 4, the lady then asked these people if they would like these seats on the return journey and reserved for them .
I was a family of 4 ( with a 12 and 10 year old) my family was given no priority at all. My son was in a dreadful state on the night journey as he was so tired but got NO sleep at all.
I will not be repeating this coach trip again ever and my 12 year old has said he will now not go skiing with the school as they are all overnight coach journeys.
On the plus side all staff seem nice.
I will be driving my own car next year ( as we have done before, a long journey yes but in the comfort and SPACE of my own car).

Great service from Snow Express. Boarding the coach was easy in London, then we were lucky enough to be dropped off in Val Thorens without changing coaches, which was awesome. The coach was comfortable, and not too hot/cold. A film would have been great but I can't complain about the service. The drivers were also laid back and friendly. I would recommend Snow Express to others and will use them again.

Left on time, arrived early at both ends. Very smooth drive and slept for 6 hours both ways. Nice lively atmosphere on the Bus and the ferry provides a welcome interlude, particularly on the outward journey.

Coach travel is never comfortable at the best of times. But more breaks were needed, especially on the return journey.

Great service. Really enjoyed the trip. I am a retired person yet still felt comfortable and well looked after. More importantly I felt safe.
