I ordered 2 men's fleeces (Millet Ubic and Columbia Alto Pass) which never arrived and for which I never received any refund from TradeInn. I've used this online store before without any problems. This time however, the delivery company delivered my parcel to the wrong address (it seems), marked the parcel as delivered, and this was enough for SnowInn/TradeInn to keep insisting the parcel had been delivered. I was asked to fill out a non-delivery statement, which I did, but after this I kept receiving emails saying only that the matter was being investigated, and then that the package has been delivered (which it was not). No one was ever able to supply proof of delivery, which under German law is required, even if allowing the order to be delivered without a signature. Proof of delivery rests with the company with whom I took out the contract (SnowInn) and not with the delivery company. In the end I received a refund through Paypal, even though SnowInn kept insisting I had received the parcel (thus insisting that I was lying). I will never use this company again.

Ordered several times with no issue. Package was ordered 2 months ago, have contactes several times to request a refund as tracking link has gone dead. Company are refusing to refund, keep responding with messages that they 'are investigating'or that 'they need to get insurance to pay out so i will need to wait'or they simply send me a link to the tracking number which has gone dead 6 weeks previous! Terrible, terrible customer service!!!

I ordered a SMITH Vantage 2 MIPS helmet from SnowInn, after 3 weeks it eventually arrived but was too small. I returned the helmet using their own preferred shipping method but even after tracking confirmed they had received the item back they were refusing to refund me.
I have now lodged a formal complaint with PayPal to get my money back.

The helmet has now been returned, and the tracking information confirms that it has been received by you. However, I have still not received my refund.
If the refund is processed promptly, I will happily update my review to reflect that the matter was resolved appropriately.
If I have to wait for PayPal to intervene and issue the refund instead, I do not intend to revise the review.

I ordered snow ski poles on 3 December 2025 and as at 18 May 2026 I still have not received them and I have not received a refund despite numerous requests which have been for the most part answered by automated generated response saying they will look into it but never do. Extremely frustrating service to deal with.

First part of my order turned up in good time and good condition.
Second part of my order still hasn’t arrived - 6 weeks later. Delivery date keeps getting pushed back.
Communication response is slow. They respond in Spanish which I then have to put through ChatGPT.
Told to go to ‘my order’ to view alternatives. Nothing suitable.
Buying from here is obviously a risk. Take your chances.

I bought x2 sets of skis with bindings installed (their “ski pack deals”). I had international shipping to Australia so I specially requested they ship the skis together. They did not. They sent me too packages and charged over $300 for each set to be shipped (a crazy amount for each set-nearly as expensive as the ski sets themselves). Furthermore, one of their sets had no bindings installed. After about 15 messages online (to their AI bot and then official return/refunds request), they continued to insist I ship the skis back (at my own cost) which I declined. I noticed that on their reviews many of the “ski sets” are received without the bindings installed. This I think is very poor service and false advertising. I will not use the company again.

Do not use this company, delivery was late and returned the item took me 5 months of trying to get my money back in which they have only refunded me half. The battle is still on going don’t use!

I order a pair of black dimond winter gloves in the "mens" department. What i received was a womens large. I called to return the item or get it replaced with the correct item. However they said it was the correct item so it was not eligible for a return. Thank goodness i always take a screen shot of my order just incase somthing like this happens . Well they said that it was order in womens size and told me to go look at the website and take another picture and send it to them . NOW AFTER i complained about the wrong product being shipped and seeing mulitple negivetive reviews with same issue they have now put on the product page a size "womens icon" which is very noticeable NOW . Which before there was absolutely no indicators that i was ordering a womens large . They want me to pay custom fees and shipping fees to return the product they sent to me incorrectlly i sent them proof of this and spoke with them multuple time with no resolution. I really hope the company someway some how gets banned from shipping to the US. Because they are missleading crooked and rude and doesn't priorities customer service. I have zero use for a womens large glove that I paid over 100.00 for.

Made my order, got immediate update on my order, regular updates on the progress of my order, kept informed of all steps including estimated delivery date - which was met on time.
The item ordered arrived well packaged, in immaculate condition and of superb quality.
If only all online retailers offered the same quality of service!
Would I recommend/use SnowInn again... yes, without a 2nd thought.

Pros:
The skis are of good quality and offered at a very reasonable price.
Cons:
Customer service appears to be handled by AI, as responses felt automated and not fully helpful. Before making the purchase, I specifically asked if delivery would take 2 days, as stated on the website, which was very important to me. I was assured that the delivery time shown on the product page was accurate.
However, after completing the payment, I received information that due to a high number of orders, there would be a delay. In reality, the skis arrived on the day of my departure after 5 working days. This caused significant stress, as I had to contact GLS myself and arrange a pickup at their depot.
Overall:
While the product quality and price are good, the misleading delivery information and lack of reliable customer support were disappointing.
