Ordered item nearly £200 on 2/1/26 arrived at Evri 8/1/26 tracker showing awaiting delivery. No delivery by 16/1/26. Phoned Snowleader to chase the order, customer service seemed uninterested. Checked tracker, item on the way back to Snowleader and not to me. Phoned Snowleader again 19/1/26 again customer service seemed uninterested. Said I would receive a refund once they received the missing package back. I'm not holding my breath.

Scam- items not as advertised
SCAM company - do not give them money. The items they send do not match the descriptions on their website and when you then return them (having sent them plenty of photographs showing the inaccurate descriptions and returning them in the exact condition they arrived with all tags on etc) they keep part of your money and only partially refund for no discernible reason whatsoever. It’s clearly a scam to make money by scamming a bit off each customer. I’ve raised several contact forms on their website, sent several emails etc every single one gets ignored despite their claim to respond within 48 hours- what a joke, I’ve still had no response to contact forms and emails submitted over a month ago. Just shop elsewhere, save yourself the hassle of dealing with these jokers

they have send 1 piece instead of 3 different articles. My guess is that they have presented offer which despite their claim was not on their stock. anyways upon receiving 1of3 articles, I reached out to customer service, and beyond wasting 20min of my life explaining the situation and expecting single acknowledgement like "we are sorry for inconvenience, missing articles will be send in xyz, and to compensate your salty tears you will get 2 snickers in next despatch" I have no idea what is the status and whether I can expect any feedback by next Winter.

Avoid Snowleader- awful
Absolutely disgusting service from snowleader, seems to be a common occurrence for people ordering from the UK.
Ordered a pair of skis in late November hoping they will arrive in time for my ski holiday in January. After being informed that my skis would be delivered on 4th December by Evri I then promptly received another update saying that can’t be delivered, after chasing I found out he package has been damaged and they are sending it back to a snowleader UK warehouse. It has since been 4 weeks without another proper update, I have chase this down via live chat and email multiple times and have only received pathetic updates such as I will pass this message on etc.
I have been left >£500 out of pocket so far and will now look to start legal proceedings/contact my bank to get my money back
