Problem solved over order error
I was sent 2 cylinders when I ordered only one. A warehouse error apparently. I was concerned how this would affect the returns procedure. I chatted with a very helpful agent called Bella who answered all my questions and gave me sensible advice. Problem solved

I recently had an issue with the ‘swap’ service as Evri delivered the new ones but would not take the old ones back. I was extremely impressed by Lucrecia in customer support who responded quickly and promptly arranged collection of the empties. Whilst I would have preferred not to have a problem I was very impressed with their customer support.

Avoid SodaStream
Purchased an E-TERRA and paid extra for two extra cylinders.
Soda Stream then take an unauthorised £20 payment from my account as I don't refill the cylinders with them.
(To expensive, much cheaper to do locally )
Customer service is diabolical / non existent / did not take my complaint seriously and I've had to raise a case with my bank.
If you really need one of these I would look into another brand

I looked at many variations of similar…
I looked at many variations of similar products as soda stream, and obviously soda stream came out on top, not only for the quality of their machine but also because it's a well know company and most stores sell there products, I'm really imprest and happy that I chose Soda Stream. Now having and using it it's saving me money on the alternatives, and I've used customer service which solved a small problem of empty gas bottle return. I would highly recommend.
