I ordered the m42 jacket with shoulder pocket and patches came very quickly, v good however the patch used was not as advertised a rough edge replica it was smaller and very cheap in design, also it was stitched on way too low and was sticked at the same time the pocket was and the stitching goes through the eagle eye utterly poor in every way, the detail in the jacket is excellent and ruined by slipshod practice, there's no way you could wear this in re enactment the left arm is horrid, they replied saying its the same on the picture well refund if you want, no I'll sort myself

Ordered 2 cap badges and paid for 48 hrs tracked RMail. Took 5 days to arrive in a small envelope. Yes....was it them or Royal Mail?

My father's RAF hat was stolen, Ordered hat & Badge.
Idea was to give replacement at a family dinner on his birthday.
When received NOT as advertised.
Emailed but no help just blamed supplier.
Disgusting, would NOT recommend

I would like to perchase a 303 replica rifle I sent a letter of confirmation that I am a re enactors not had any trouble before but now having problems they say you have to be a re enactors or part of a military vehicle club I am a re enactors what they should say is we will not be sending replica weapons untill you can prove you have public liability insurance that is false advertising so contacted a solicitor yesterday complaining about faulce advertising over the years I've spent a lot of money so a loyal customer like myself should be treated better they treated me like a criminal if you are a re enactors you are better off buying equipment from epic militaria they don't treat customers like s o f treat their customers

I'm not a renactor but I love camping with proper old school kit.

I'm delighted to have found this store. The only store where I have been able to source a proper rucksack and canvas pup tent.

A good antidote to the oil based plastic rubbish that dominates the civvy camping market.

If i could give no stars i surely would the worst customer service ever be warned first order and i have canceled this i will go back to a proper shop and because the people in the shop has no people skills they should not work in this kind of buisness using Experian who is based in dublin to get the age of a person they dont have people on there who has never had credit so why would they be using this method when i paid by cash using debit card rather clueless when all they have to do is ask for your passport to be sent by email spoke to fiona who was ok in small doses as for the person called alan he needs to get a job in mcdonalds

Recently bought a replica 1860 Cavalry Sword as a gift - really lovely product. Super quality for the price. What really stood out for me was the customer service - quick, polite and kind. The staff sorted out my order and enquiries with a minimum of fuss to ensure I had the sword for 'the big day.'

Saw bad reviews for poor customer service but decided to take a chance and place an order and item was stained with something, I contacted the company but they have not responded. I had fair warning now you do too.

I've ordered there over the years, so despite some pf the poor reviews evident on here I still trusted them with my current order. Lots of good kit in their range and I like the website. It's a company that has been going for a lot of years. Very experienced in military surplus and outdoors kit supply. Just waiting now for my ordered Buffalo Pertex Windshirt to arrive to me.
Very big Trusted company here for friends in past who were heavily involved in re enactment groups for WW2, and Vietnam etc.

Windshirt arrived well packaged. Fits perfectly.

Did not recieve my order. Owner does not care. No refund. This place is a ripp off. Do not buy here!!

Made an order that I had to return as found out didn't need the items after made the order and they could not of been more helpful and took time to let me know returns had been received by them safe , they have wide selection of items they stock compared to anywhere else ,great website will deffo use this company again

I was unfortunate enough to order a repro USAAF Shirt and a few other items from these people.

Upon it arriving (several days late); the material of the shirt felt sub-par (for a £60 shirt) and the collar circumference looked small. Nonetheless I tried it on, and after doing-up the buttons I realised the collar was far too tight as were the cuffs (not a problem I've ever experienced with any clothing before).

After requesting a return, I was told that I would have to pay for the postage - nonetheless the shirt was neatly folded and placed in its original undamaged packaging, looking unworn.

A few days after sending the shirt I received a ludicrous email proclaiming that the shirt was "un saleable" and "smelt strongly of body odour" - pretty surprising, given it had been worn for less than 5 minutes, and such odours don't appear on shirts I've been wearing for entire days. Following this, they stated that a £10 fee would be charged off the value of the shirt.

Despite contesting this charge, they went on to deduct the fee from the refund. Meaning I'm out of pocket through 2 lots of postage, a ludicrous fee and having to source a replacement from elsewhere.

Unfortunately the choices for reproduction military clothing are limited, but I highly advise everyone to avoid this company - they're not worth the hassle.

Brilliant customer service, there was a fault with one of my items, which was completely not their fault. But they were easy to contact, very friendly and helpful and arranged a courier to collect the item and refunded me immediately without any fuss. Absolutely great customer service and will certainly order again.
Rare to get such friendly, efficient service nowadays.

Their "P42" camo is rubbish, nothing like the originals! Bought a pair from a seller at a local bootfair, says he bought a stock from "Soldier of Fortune". The cover is of poor quality and their effort in replicating an original is way below expectations.

I received mine from the seller and it already had a hole in it (did not know because it was wrapped in a brown paper bag he took from the back of his counter).

I was a bit skeptical about making a purchase from this store due to the not so positive reviews. I personally had a great experience. Ordered a pair of the P42 USMC Camo Trousers and they arrived within 4 days and 2 days early. I live in the USA so the delivery time was really impressive. Never owned an original pair but according to photographs of the time these are great replicas. They fit perfectly and you can tell they will age nicely. RRL created a pair based on a similar design and they are literally 5 times the cost.

I didn't really have to deal with customer service beside asking a question and received an answer within 4 business day. Slow but not terrible. They carry really unique products and based on my experience I will be purchasing from them again.

I’m struggling with this review as the product I ordered is really good. The reason for the low mark is staff attitude and poor customer service.
I was given the option for next day delivery so I paid for that and was advised that the parcel was delayed and would not be delivered next day. On contacting the company I was told it’s my fault for selecting next day delivery and tuff that I’ve paid for it there’s nothing they will do.
After advising that I’d that’s their attitude I’ll refuse delivery and claim a full refund they did offer to reimburse 50% of my P&P and when this arrives in my account I’ll edit the review accordingly from 1 star.
I did have several items marked up for future purchases for my military displays that I do with local schools and public events, however after being spoken to like the proverbial I will be buying from elsewhere unless a very good apology is forthcoming.
Edit the refund has been made so I have adjusted the review from 1⭐️ to 3⭐️ as the product is good but staff attitude was very poor and no apology for poor service was made which stops this getting a good score.
